But for freezer burn chicken as am example, go to town on the seasoning, either barbecue or your favorite, and it'll turn out really well.
Freezer burn is ACTUALLY a delicious and creative way to give your meat a new, distinct texture that deviates from tradition in the most delicious way. Sprinkle in a little extra time for a waaaayy too well done flavor on top in the broil setting and we in that bitch.
