    Thank you Jayne for this set of meditations. They are absolutely wonderful and bottom line is they work for me for calming gut and reducing symptoms of IBS. This is now part of my daily health routine. These are a god-send.

      @@TheCalmHappyGut I look forward to that.. you have a real skill in making this content, your voice and pacing etc are spot on.. So I will be happy to support it. I'd love to see some series like a 14 day course (or even longer) that builds each day towards calming an anxious gut.
      I am going to go on a long juice fast soon, maybe for a couple of months and paired with some great hypnotherapy like yours would be the best of both worlds. :)

    Great meditation! Helps me relief some of the pain my ibs is bringing me daily. If I may make one suggestion, I think the final minute of the meditation is too hectic. You seem to rush through the wake up routine which undoes a lot of the relaxation I had throughout the meditation. Keeping it a bit slower would help me benefit from the meditation longer.

      Thanks Tim! It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed this session. Thank you for your feedback too! The wake up is intentionally paced this way to ensure people are brought out of relaxation following hypnosis. This is important from a safety point of view if you need to drive/focus/etc after the session. I understand though that some listeners want to stay in that space of relaxation after the session. On The Calm Gut App I provide some sessions with sleep endings (without the wake up). For future releases I will look to include some with a slower/more relaxed ending for those who wish to slowly come back up (and it's safe to do so). As always, I really do appreciate suggestions and feedback 🙂

    Although had been unable to think for two to three hours as a side effect But...Awesome result in the very first session....Kindly guide me how often should i take the session again? Best Hypnotherapist for gut health!

      That's great that this session is helping you! Thank you for sharing😊 For best results a consistent approach is highly recommend with hypnosis, especially with gut directed hypnotherapy.     There are actually two vagus nerveS.

      Yes, indeed there are - a right and a left vagus nerve. Typically they are referred to as a single nerve. Whilst many people find the visualization of an overall vague nerve effective, you could also visualise both parts of it during this hypnosis mediation. Thank you for sharing!
