Also, for your routine, try applying skincare to your neck as well, so that your neck receives the benefits of those ingredients. While your connection with the Lord is growing, also add in professional therapy to the mix to help you see the repeated blindspots or traumas so that the next relationship manifests, you have the tools to walk away before a red flags occurs.

However it’s not Biblical (if I’m wrong show me) that you have to attend church. I haven’t left the church but I haven’t been in a long time. My point is it can be said that the prerequisite of salvation is you have to attend church. But that’s a man made law unless you can show me in the scripture. I’m just curious of your view. Hebrews 10:24-25 NIV [24] And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, [25] not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching. The right church can encourage you and edify the gifts God put in you. Also, good fellowship is always encouraging to the soul.

I have a therapist. And I still eat sugar just not alot of processed. And I do apply it to my neck. Thanks tho. ❤️
