- Oakland police are investigating a shooting in downtown Oakland that happened Thursday night. Three people were arrested, including one minor. Police said shots rang out just after 9 p.m. near 19th and Broadway, but no one was struck.

Nothing to see here folks. They’ll be released by their own recognizance by lunch time. We did not speak to the victims from this crime but did talk to the suspects Parents and was assured they are good kids and that the system let them down. They go to school, do their homework and ain’t never hurt a fly. This message is paid for and approved by DA Pamela Price.

Besides, the people of Oakland wanted to abolish the police, they protested until they were removed from the schools and removed from patrols on the streets in 'certain' neighborhoods. Now people who live in those area complaining they don't see enough police in their neighborhoods. They can't make up their minds.

After almost every crime there are complaints about there not being enough police patrolling in that particular neighborhood. You were warned before you defunded the police that this would happen but you did it anyway. So all of those politicians that supported that action should be voted out of office starting with the Mayor and the City Council. DA PP is a separate issue and is being handled via the recall process.
