I don't do Carnivore, but pretty sure Tim doesn't know how it actually works. He has zero knowledge of health or nutrtion. Says he's on Carnivore/Atkins & thinks they're the same. They're not. Atkins is low carb & you can have some veggies. First 2 wks strict then add veggies. He's also eating a lot of lunch meats, bacon, chesses & processed stuff which in large amounts is bad.
It’s all about the veggies causing inflammation.

@@MisterUser-Fr87 Wow, this diet really goes against conventional wisdom. I don't think Carnivore Diet provides any fiber? Maybe animal hair is fiber😉
