    When we were still young we used to eat lots of seed like watermelon seed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds....we never got sick n believe me my grandmother is turning 102 years this year with no illness or being hospitalized 🥰🥰🥰

    instead of buying protein powder i just blend a cup of hemp seed and sesame seed flaxseed chia seed and pumpkin seed mixed them together and get a rich high nutrition powder

      @@CarlitoGio I blend mostly flaxseed chia seed and pumpkin seed then I mixed them together then I make my home made milk which is a spoon and half hemp seed and one spoon of sesame seed plus a 2 and half cup of water plus pinch of cinnamon and vanilla extract blend then in a blender to get my home made milk

      I would not eat poppy seeds because it does have opium in it. Didn't anybody watch Seinfeld episode of that.

    Love the so video.. thank you so much ❤️. I just started eating flaxseeds & Chia seeds today. I am defiantly going back to Whole Foods for the rest of the seeds. I am so excited. I was like a kid in a candy store today. I am 43 and I have high cholesterol & BP. I am eating healthy now and my health is improving and looking forward to eating more healthy in the future. Just to let you know I am small frame not fat at all so BP & cholesterol doesn’t mean you have to be fat. I am learning as I go along to be healthy.     I use chia, pumpkin, and sesame a lot. Flax every day sometimes twice or three times. I don’t use the others but I have taken note.

    Thank you for this informative video. I have always been a fan of unsalted pumpkin and sunflower seeds. I recently added chia and flax seeds to my diet and when making fresh orange juice I add a pomegranate. Just cut it crosswise as you would an orange and let the juicer do its work.

      don't mix all of them, you don't get any single benefit, eat fistful of each seed for a week at a time and then rotate.

    Yes i have tried all of them excluding hemp and poppy seeds and they are amazing and so good for health very much beneficial......But i must say before our body gets used to it intaking of it for the first time causes diarrhea and lil bit of stomuch upset too....and yes thank you for this video provided a alot more info and knowledge about the seeds....and also ur other videos too they are just amazing ,,, ur really a bestie...❤

    I ate the first 6 seeds every morning, I will definitely be incorporating poppy seeds and pomegranate seeds into my daily diet. I have heart issues and I definitely feel a positive change in the last three weeks since I started eating chia cereal every morning with the first 6 seeds listed in my daily diet. Thank you🥰🥰

    I do seed cycling. The 1st to 14days from the start of my period I take, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed & 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed . From day 15 to 28or 30th day ,I take 1 teaspoon of sesame seed & 1tsp of sunflower seed. ( all seeds taken in powdered version , for absorption of lignans). Suppose to help regulate & balance esteogen, progesteron hormone in women.

      I eat all of them every day except poppy seeds but will them now to my daily intake. My high cholesterol was under control in few months after using these seeds in my oats every morning. These seeds are really good for our health. Thanks for detailed info.

    You can add sesame seed to a lot of foods. "Even hummus." One major ingredient of hummus is ground sesame seeds (aka tahini.)

    In India ,v r consuming Sesame seeds from "Ancient times " specially during winter ,v make , Sesame, n, Jaggery sweets ,as they ,give us strength to withstand d winter cold ,n,as well they both r v good for health !! from Ancient times it's very common food in our cuisine ,v add d powder of Sesame in curries ,it adds flavour,as well as it gives rich taste ,n, health benefits too !!! 👍

    I eat those seeda as many as i can. I eat alot of kind of seeds.
    Very good delesious. In salad, breakfeast in yogurds or oat. Or mixt togeter, chinees and seeds, during breaks, or in a hurry mixt seeds the best. Doing this now for 5-7 years.

      Depends on calorie goal, anything from 10-20g a day is perfectly fine, but if you are eating 100g total of seeds thats around 500 calories extra a day.

      Because it is waste. Some of them are good some seeds not indicated for diabetes. Example ==dry peas, dry mochai Kottai
