When we were still young we used to eat lots of seed like watermelon seed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds....we never got sick n believe me my grandmother is turning 102 years this year with no illness or being hospitalized 🥰🥰🥰

I do seed cycling. The 1st to 14days from the start of my period I take, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed & 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed . I am gonna buy all these seeds, mix them up, put it in a bowl on my dinning table and will consume 2to3 spoons of it everyday after breakfast.
don't mix all of them, you don't get any single benefit, eat fistful of each seed for a week at a time and then rotate.
I make mixture of these plus açai & goji berries, then in a big mason jar. Shake the jar & add to porridge (oatmeal & buckwheat)and salads
