It is done. 270+ demons total. The largest 3D roster so far by Atlus and it's only surpassed by non Atlus developed games (IMAGINE and Dx2).
Tiamat's probably the most notable omission as she is boss-only this time around unlike previous games letting her be a summonable ally.
Also this is the first time Lucifer Kaneko became playable in the mainline

I think I'm only missing Michael and Belial. I missed the chance to get Michael on one of my Vengeance routes so I might have to do it again after I finish the other one but I don't mind.
ah yes those two out of the all of the route exclusives they were the most tedious ones in the original.
Here are some enemy demons you can get via Negotiation instead of fusion. Including Gogmagog and Gurulu in Taito probably in COC, I may not know where to find them in each locations in Da'at including Demon King's Castle/Shakan and Temple of Eternity. If there's a mistake in this, comment down below. Oh, and if you do know where they are, send update them on the Megatenwiki with a yellow demon icon in the "Demons in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance": (And can anyone add Black Ooze's Location with "Da'at: Shinagawa Ward - South Shinagawa" in the Foul category, please? I'm pretty sure we've encounter them before)

Must I play the OG story canon of creation too to unlock all demons ? Or i can just play vengeance story with different route instead ?
I don't know if you still need this but, some demons are route exclusive. So if you want to complete the compendium you need to play both route

@@michaeltsang1748 yes, and are only obtainable through fusion accidents. There is a miracle that increases the fusion accident, activate that and fuse during full moon for higher % chance.
Try to fuse demons around their base level, im not sure if you can fuse low level demons and obtain a high level such as kinmamon. I got kinmamon by fusing lvl 60 demons as hé is level 68.
@@BuffMaister I don't think I have the patience for that. I'm constantly fusing Parvati and Lilim, hoping for Amabie right now, just for completion.
@@michaeltsang1748 buy a stock of them and keep fusing till you run out and reload the game, it should pop up eventually
Hmmm... So, with the Qadistu version of Lilith being in Vengeance, does that mean the original design of her was removed to avoid having two versions of her being in the same game? :?

It's also really funny that she (Kaneko Lilith) still had her in-game icon and her Demon Haunt lines (but it has no texts) in the datamine despite that only her model got removed from this game.

At least her original design is in Soul Hackers 2 along with Angel's too. Except Lilith in Vengeance is Qadistu race instead of Night race and Angel is still the same Divine race.
