I have one of a similar color, It’s called garnet Coltrane. Try a white rain if you’re looking for a peaceful green colored one. It’s got a lot of mint colors, white, creams and darker greens. It’s stunning.
Great price for the monstera. I don’t like one in general but I bought a tiny one a few years ago. It’s now 4 feet tall with two new leaves coming out. It will now be taller than me (4’ 11”). You just need a corner to put it in. Mine is behind a placed by the east facing glass doors. By one you’ll like it. If it gets too big the chop and prop. You could do it. I think you’ll enjoy it. You can always sell it 😉
I was wanting to raise money and sold some household things. I did it through marketplace. I had good luck and was careful to clear out the ones I sold. It was pick up at door and I kept things in the garage so they weren’t coming into my house.
Love the LOOK of moss poles and large monstera, but not worth the work for me! I looove aglonaema , but can NOT keep them alive in soil. 🤯 I have one in water and one in perlite and they're doing beautiful. Your collection looks great. 💚 i have no good plant stores locally, so I don't buy new plants in winter. Can't trust a heat pack making it thru the postal service! Glad you're getting cozy in the new place!
I hear you on the heat pack thing! I've been burned on that one before. And thank you so much! Also have never heard of growing aglaonema completely in water and now I want to try it!!
I've acquired the majority of my hoya collection from a lady that sells on marketplace. I had always been too sketchy about it but she seemed really legit, so I gave it a shot. I send her money and I tell her when I'm going to be there and she leaves them on her porch for me. I don't sell because I'm not willing to let people come to my house. She sells a ton of plants and it works great for her but I'd just never feel comfortable having strangers come to my house. Safety first, you really just don't know these days. If I ever decide to sell on marketplace, I'll do public meet up only lol.
Yay! You're back! Can't take how cute your bangs look! They suit you so much!
Thank you so much! ☺️
Good evening Laura, the billietea is stunning
Nerves are there to keep you safe.

Live agloaneas too. I think they are underrated too.

It’s definitely one of my favorites! 🤩

I’m not into Monstera either, they are pretty I just don’t want them in my collection. Right now I’m into Hoya and Begonia.
Me too ☺️☺️and philodendron
I accidentally bought a monstera. Actually two in one pot. I didn’t expect it up life, but it did. Now they are four feet tall and I love them.

That sounds like a great arrangement!! I hope I find a Hoya lady too!
My lady Celestine is losing its lower leaves, im not sure why. I need to check the roots.
Be careful. My sansi camp on lights were hot!! Burned a few leaves.
I will keep that in mind, thanks for the heads up!
