I mean it barely matters. Who sends mail any more? You get junkmail and the occasional seasonal card from relatives and that is about it. They don't even send tax forms in the mail any more. Most companies don't use the USPS to deliver packages either...
Did you watch the video? Are you aware of the number of rural communities on the western slope? Places that even UPS/Fedex won’t venture out to. A lot of them dont have internet and absolutely rely on the USPS.

But it's not even that "It doesn't affect you" the number of taxes that go into the postal system is pretty nuts for how little work it actually does. Then when it gets busy due to the 2 stage delivery it did with amazon, they complain about having too many packages.

But since you’re concerned about finances, how about you inquire about the $100B healthcare prefunding mandate that the baby Bush administration placed on the USPS? Literally a hundred BILLION….gone.
