Things have got easier to fly since I bought an Align T-Rex 100, many years ago! The only gyro was for the tail rotor (not the best), but now, a 6 gyro heli.... for 50 bucks? Oh my days! Great review, sir!

Steve great video once again. For those of you who don't know, a micro or mini heli with that kind of flight time is unbelievable. The most you usually get is about 4 minutes with the Blade 70 S, and about 6 minutes with the Blade 120 and 150. The Blade 120 is double the price of one of these and is Fixed Pitch as well. The 150 is Collective Pitch and costs about $220.00 if you can even find one right now. New shipments sell out quick, same as the 70 S. I think this is a great Heli due to the flight time, and is basically hands free. Also, you will know if flying RC Heli's are are for you or not, without spending much money, and whether or not you want to buy more advanced Helis. To make these brushed motors last longer, to break them in, fly them for about 3 minutes for the first 7-8 flights, with a cooling off period, before you fly a full 15 minutes. Clean and lube the spur and pinion gears, as well as the main propeller shaft coming out of the motor every other flight. This Heli will also get you familiar with flight controls safely, before moving onto a fully manual controlled Fixed Pitch Heli. There will be a learning curve, coming from these self launching, self leveling Helis, to a true fully manual controlled Fixed Pitch Heli, where you control absolutely everything.

The Eachine E129 is about the same size and price and can be bound to any Muliprotocol OpenTX Radio for longer range. Not sure if this K127 can be bound to OpenTX.

That failed ZeroZero Robotics drone would be the closest we'd get to a helicopter with a built-in camera. Well, we can cross our fingers and hope in the future a manufacturer cater to that whim!

Kids can easily learn to fly with little issue as they have great hand/eye coordination. This is why some of the first person video game players are kids.

Get on phoenix RC or realflight, you'll be flying in no time. Nothing is more rewarding than flying a 500+ size CP helicopter, the sound is amazing.

I have to reduce my meds apparently. I should have said it takes 30 mins to charge up the battery to give you 16 mins of flight time. :-)

Usually beginner helicopters do not have full ACRO mode.

Yes. Just flip the ARM switch (also known as the HOLD switch), then raise the left joystick to take off. Then lower the left joystick to land.

Mine is also same. Check and found left joystick faulty. Some sort of ribbon on joystick peel off. Put it back and good to go.
