    Diclofenac and improving my diet helped my arthritis after seeing a rheumy. After a couple of years I rarely ever take meds anymore. DIET people, if you really care about your health!!!!! Anti-inflammatory foods, cut out sugar and fried foods as much as possible (I ate horribly for years).

    I found that a turmeric supplement actually reduced pain by close to 50% for a few hours anyway. I view prescriptions as a last resort. Try diet, exercise, limit what you do to what extent you can, try natural things as much as possible (anti-inflammatory foods, supplements etc.)

    Ra is so bad in my knees when I have a very bad pain in my knee my legs Jerk up to make me do a summer salt in my bed when I'm trying to go to bed. What can I do to help me to stop it
