The fact that she had all of the money but still didn’t donate it to the charities and then blamed it on being sued is disgusting, they even said in court that she had all of the money paid in 2018 then she got sued many months later in 2019. She obviously could have paid it.

I also like how the lawyer subtly pointed out that Johnny’s right hand was in his pocket…implies that the photo of the ice cream on his lap was staged AFTER he fell asleep. (Leads you to think, “How would you fall asleep *while* eating ice cream, if one hand is already in your pocket?”)

If I recall, Depp himself mentioned in his testimony that the photo was staged - he said he remembered Amber placing the ice cream in his hand before he nodded out. Also using the hand in the pocket as proof etc.

Bro, my dad called A judge a terrorist among other things in the loudest possible voice during his court hearing after he heard what his sentence was. She quietly ignored him and he was then sent to jail. The cops weren't so lenient when he shouted at them in holding lmao. They dislocated one of his fingers when he tried to assault them and then increased his sentence by another 6 months. I have no idea why they were so easy on the prick considering he even bullied the court appointed attorney in our first court session 😂. The judge somehow managed to play off his behavior as being caused by his bipolar disorder or some dumb shit like that. I'm not sexist man, but female judges in Oregon are a fucking joke. Sorry for the wall of text lol.

He was addicted to roxycodone an opiate and one of the side affects is called the NOD where the person just drops off to sleep that Johnny himself testified to. A good wife would help her husband instead she used this against him. Johnny was not some coke or meth addicted junkie. His drug was roxycodone which he became addicted to while shooting Pirates 4 where he injured himself.

Johnny wasn't the only one taking drugs. Amber and her cohorts were doing drugs as well, all on Johnny's dime. None of the leeches paid a dime for rent in the penthouses, yet Johnny was the MONSTER. As for him beating up the cupboards, he OWNS those cupboards, and everything else in that penthouse. He can do ANYTHING he wants to, to HIS property.
No matter what he was hooked on, a woman who loved Johnny, wouldn't have taken those photos. She would have helped him to bed.

@@AprilScott-ke9fnHe paid her a settlement based on some figures his new accountant did. It's in the accountant's testimony, but I can't remember. Johnny also paid off her credit card debit and any other debts she had. I think it amounted to something like $14 million.
The reason he had a new accountant was because his former firm stole a boat load of money from him, like in the hundreds of millions. It was insane. Both of them had to sell all of their assets to pay him back. And most of what they took was never recovered. The night of Amber's birthday, when he was late, it was because he was in a meeting with his new accountant. That's when he found out that the previous accountants had stolen a ton of money. They'd even mortgaged one of his houses on Sweetzer, and he was about to lose his house. That's how he found out something was going on.
The whole TMZ cabinet video was really soon after he found out. That's why he was yelling at her saying, "Did something happen to YOU?" I think he may have suspected that she was in on it with the accountants. A lot of people think she was. I doubt we'll ever know. His new accountant saved him from losing everything, but it was difficult.

Infuriating but expected. The aclu got almost a million from Elon at least. Also an “ anonymous” donor gave $12 million to the children’s hospital after the trial. They are using it to build a better nursing facility to train nurses to work with kids and equipment for the very ill children - I read.
Amber had photos and cameras and recording devices everywhere, but she couldn't show 1 evidence of her being hurt or him hurting her. But Johnny had TONS of proof of audio that she was admitting to being abusive and chasing him when he left the house.

You may take one damming Pic to help the person if u actually care about them but taking multiple pictures means your going to use them as some sort of blackmail evidence against the person because the more pics u have the worse it would look for the person forcing them to have to comply to your blackmail or you would take that many pics for personal pleasure either way its not a sign of someone trying to get someone help. It's common sense and obvious she thought taking as many pics as she could would be able to be used against him for profit, gain or anything able to benefit her not Johnny... But now being sued it makes her look awful to the jury and has now backfired full circle... She never thought it through that if she was in a court of law that the pics would be turned against her showing stupidity at the highest level and she's risking perjury if she lies about why and how she took the pics
Exactly my thoughts. And I'm STILL reading comments from Amber-Stans, who are adamant, that there is still evidence about that and that she'll show it in the new trial. It's honestly so pathetic to see, that there are still people out there, who would rather Stan an abuser, than support the actual victim.
And the funny part is that most of the audio evidence is recorded by Amber herself. By far not so clever then she thinks.

I heard they mostly deal with settlements, so have little courtroom experience. My guess is Amber hired them hoping they'd be able to bully or scare Johnny into settling.

This is exactly what narcissist abusers do - they break down their victim until they are so confused and in pain that they do things they never would have done otherwise. Then the narcissist uses their drug use, bad mood, emotional withdrawal, outbursts, whatever, as proof that the victim is the abuser in the relationship. Textbook.

She also knows that many people who are the victims of abuse experience the worst of it when their partner is under the influence to the point that it's a common trope that a drunk man and a abusive man go hand in hand... obviously as someone who works community outreach I know the truth isn't so simple. That a toxic relationships can make a victim turn to drugs and even abusive behavior at times but that doesn't make them the primary abusive partner. That most people who are addicted are not physically abusive to their partner however with the insane rates of both abuse and addiction it very obvious these are often the things that you see and hear about most often. You may also note that Mrs. Heard is a self admitted user herself and in my experience anything they are willing to admit you can typically times that by 10× the amount when they are saying they don't have a addiction. That's not to say they actually do have a addiction but let's say you find some weed in your kids pants with the laundry. You confront them about it to find out if it's a legitimate issue or teenage experimental behavior. The kid says to you "mom it's no big deal I have only smoked it 2 Times!" Do you believe that kid has actually only smoked 2 times? Or do you think it's probably closer to 20 times? Does that mean the kid is addicted no but the fact that they are defensive about it, minimize it, and admit to smaller ways they believe will be more socially acceptable.... is 2 bottles of wine a day, E tablets (a drug that has many other hard drugs in it and is common knowledge such things are in it), mushrooms, coke, etc something that typically would be considered socially appropriate use...
