@@TimeSkipChapters If we consider the pre-inflationary state of the universe as a true vacuum-absolute nothingness-it presents an inherent paradox. This nothingness, extending infinitely in all directions, would still possess positional geometry. Imagine this nothingness as a field of dormant virtual particles-potential but non-existent. For any virtual particle at position -6667, there must be a corresponding particle at +6667, equidistant from a central origin, zero. This symmetry applies across all axes. Each positive and negative entity reflects its counterpart, effectively canceling out. Therefore, the only point of ontological significance is zero, where symmetry breaks, as all other positions mirror each other in this virtual geometry. The universe, logically, could only originate at this zero point, where all opposing virtual pairs neutralize, and existence emerges.

It’s one thing to be a brilliant scientist/astrophysicist etc., but it’s another to also be a brilliant communicator of those subjects, and convey a contagious sense of childlike wonder at the world/universe all around us. To distill incredibly complex theories and principles down to a level where the average person can grasp them and take them to heart.

Poor Brian was so deep into explaining and adding to the points Joe made, but Joe kept on interrupting him which btw were all good statements to add to the discussion. Then Brian would completely deviate from the interesting things he was talking about. He would have to then change the discussion completely which was based on the statements Joe made while Brian was speaking.
P.S.- I am a huge fan of Joe and absolutely love his podcasts. It's good to see Joe inviting an interesting and extremely knowledgeable person like Brian, like he used to.
