damn, the poppy chorus over the dead bodies is... well it makes a statement, that's for sure! I've gotten through the whole game, but I still need to finish P4A, I got distracted about a third of the way through, even though everyone says it's amazing.
I had a similar idea but I am without a computer that can do editing at the moment. See, the opening to Persona 5 (not Royal, the original) fits so perfectly with the song Galvanize by the Chemical Brothers. I can watch it muted and hear it in my head from years of playing the song on repeat.
Oh man! Now this is wonderful! Started with Persona 4 and while the Golden edition is good I still feel that the original's vibes are better by how it puts a a cheerful tarp over disturbing events, imagery, and implications rather than making everything a bit too overly poppy and positive. Absoulutely love how you delivered on replicating those formerly stated vibes through the dead body shots while we cheer about how "Video Killed the Radio Star"!
