Hey, quick question. I just started my rogue journey (learning all three specs, one at a time.) and I am just starting outlaw rogue now. I have gotten the rotation down for the most part, but a friend of mine said that i wasn't *spreading* my cast of between the eyes to other targets and i was losing damage because i wasn't. I just want to know if that is actually true or not, because i started doing it but i don't see a damage increase and a lot of the times my damage feel worse. thanks!
There is no spread all AOE dmg you do is pretty much through blade flurry in previous season Between the eyes was a debuff but now it is a buff on yourself so theres no such thing as spreading.
i dont understan man, i do on avarage 30% less dmg on outlaw as on assasination in m+, nad yet, outlaw should be the better performing one, and i just dont understand what am i doing wrong. The only thing i fuck up sometimes, and its something that i cant really help i guess im just bad is that sometimes, i have like 0.5 sec remaining from crackshot window, i press between the eyes, and by the time the animation ends the stealth expires, and it goes on cd. Also it annoys me off the planet that by the time i realize ace of the sleeves procs, i already pressed a combo generator. Maybe i am too old to play outlaw :l
A lot of attention and focus needed trying to clipping vanish or shadow dance so you can keep pressing bte. Honestly assassination can perform better than outlaw occasionally it’s not that strange. Wasting BTE can definitely be a sure way to lose a lot of damage.
You're not the only one that clips BTE at the end of crackshot window. I think it's a spell batching issue with how fast we play this spec. It really messes your stealth window up though if you go in without BTE up so you'll definitely lose a ton of damage. Still trying to figure out timing in this situation myself.
I’ve always had it bound but recently they made it so when you get HO procs sinister strike auto turns into ambush so you see it in two different spots

I get really confused and stressed out during +m compared to target dummies. When i run out of cds, I start panic pressing random buttons in aoe..
Practice definitely will help you I had the same problems before but now I have the subterfuge and panic controlled so I can focus on just doing max

Yea I have the same problem, my BTE goes on cd the same way and there goes the damage, I really dunno how to prevent this

@@reiga6062 just gotta keep playing and work on it eventually you’ll have the timing down make sure you have something to track subterfuge

How come you dont get cooldown on Between the eyes? I also have crackshot talented but mid fight i get cd on BTE? :(

It’s just weak auras I’ve found or made and out it together I don’t know which abilities but they are usually grey indicating they are not active

The only explanation is that you are using BTE outside of stealth window
