First off this has been incredibly helpful. I've almost memorised the opening rotation. I have 2 questions about it: 1. I'm struggling to get the last shadow strike done within the shadow dance cycle. But the couple of times I managed it I noticed I already had full combo points so the shadow strikes combo point regeneration was wasted. So is that step necessary or is back-to-back eviscerate just as effective? 2. Why go into shadow dance from vanish. You're already in stealth mode. I'm curious why you chose to do that. Again, thank you so much for this incredibly helpful guide. Because it's so good, I'm able to ask these in-depth questions.

Viger, not vy-gor. Literally can't go through a single wow video without the person butchering an ability name. Do people play their class and read through abilities, not knowing what words mean, and just make up a pronunciation in their head and stick with it?

first time playing retail after 2 wrath cycles, my friend said go rogue its ~fine~ after playing outlaw for the entire s3 and feeling confident with my rotation i thought i give sub a shot. guess im starting at 0 again lol

Hi! I just start at Sub rogue, and learned I have to hit my 2nd sectech before vanish in order to reset its cooldown too. Is it wrong? I saw you hit vanish then do the 2nd sectech. (opener)

You're a beast! I have played wow for 12 years now, and think that the unbeateable hardest class /spec is sub rogue. Everytime I see one parsing 80% its like a god playstyle. Wonder if you eat pvp too

What weapons and enchant (transmog) are you using here?

I have the rotation down and can do it quite well on the dummies, but in actual fights I have to pay too much attention to weakauras and other power bars I am not able to actually watch for mechanics. This is the problem alot of people have with modern specs. For a game that has always been accessible to all, only the top of the top players can perform their rotations while actually playing the game. If you can I applaud you, I cannot.

This is by far the most comprehensive outlaw guide I've found. I'm trying to learn it and so many people speak so fast and over complicate it. I'm gonna try to apply what I've learned here. Thank you!

Ehi can you share the weakaura you got ?

Why would you slice and dice after the garrote your assassin ability make it where you get 3 seconds to cast stealth abilities after exiting stealth. Wouldn’t you get more dps and combo points by doing Garrote Ambush twice Rupture guaranteed cast at max cp. Mutilate till 4 or more cp. Slice and dice Mutilate till 4 or more cp. Envenom Then if your proc happens you just spam free ambushes and either cast a max combo point slice and dice or envenom. I’m learning rotations myself and I know I’m not really even good at understanding everything people say in videos and on wowhead / icy veins.
