Hi, In answer to your question about still smelling exhaust/cigarette/ smoke; Because the mask is not hermetically sealed (glued) on your face, you will smell some smoke. The olfactory system is very good at picking up parts per billion and this 'pick up' is known as 'inward leakage'. That is, a certain amount of unfiltered air will pass around the sealing point on the face. Our products come in more than one size to ensure a good fit which is the most important aspect to a mask as it must seal to filter. You can be sure that the combination filter (Hepa-type filter along with the Dynamic Activated Charcoal Cloth layer) will be doing its job, all you have to do is remove the mask when in use in the environment to find out how effective it is. hey, yeah the respro techno works great! i get a little rubbing from the filter on my nose but otherwise the size large was what worked best. i have a pretty solid fit, it took me about 2 days of fidgeting to get the bridge of the nose to fit right, when i'm wearing the mask i'm not feeling the symptoms of my severe allergies. i even got brave yesterday and left my inhaler behind. it's even been helpful around my workbench. it' does feel a little bit like an elevation training mask in that im getting only about 75% of the airflow id get without a mask but that's just fine, gotta take it slow. (i think im actually loosing a lot of weight from having to work a little harder) thanks Respro! you have saved my life! my quality of life has gone from being stuck in a little room with an air purifyer to being able to actually get a part of my life back. on a scale of 1-10 ten being the best i definately would rate 8.5 - 9. its not perfect but it is a life saver
yeah they have been using pickle brine in western cities for snow and ice removal in place of standard road salt.. it's a very inconsiderate, irresponsible move on my city's part to save cost. why is it inconsiderate? because there are people who are very allergic to things like sugar beats. im sure a fair few people have been hospitalized in the past few months.

I use the silver mask is the xpensive mask and it doesnt works to a Big contaminated city. My husband use one and he is angry because he say that mask doesnt works. We lose our money.
