When you panned out the magnetic side of the black sand was there flour gold in it? If you just stick a magnet in concentrates it often carries a bunch of flour gold up with it but with enough spinning and separation it could get full separation which would be cool.
I’ve panned them out before and haven’t found any gold yet… the material must be bone dry tho !!!!

On the magnetic side of the separator install a smooth interior hose,instead of the ribbed. Seems to me it would get rid of it a a more rapid rate. Awesome set up!

Fun video bud. Got to say iv looked at a few things for cleaning up. Like the blue bowl or gold wheel. But must admit I really like the look of that Miller table for cleaning out that pesky black sands.

8 degrees outside, 8 degrees on the sluice. Maybe your on to something there Jason. You know like as long as the angel of the dangle is equilivant to the size of the rise; everything will come out directly proportionate to the heat of the meat. Old mining engineer term! Yee-Haa!! Loved it.

"Clean" black sand byproduct has value if you have enough of it. Took me a couple years to save up two 5-gallon buckets full; would have much more if I hadn't been tossing it forever. It has a number of uses, and can contain precious metals and rare earth elements. Figure I'll have mine assayed once I have 8-10 buckets full.

Great video Jason. I have been using the Mining Magnets Rolie Polie for a while. Really like it for heavy magnetics.VDR sluice and the magnets is a great combo. Really good test for the sluice angle. Fun to see the gold catch in the VDR.Thanks for sharing.😎⛏⛏🔥🔥

Love this video your a Gold Prospecting guru👍. I was looking at an older video from 2 years ago, Lake Superior , was wondering if you ever tried a dredge on the beach and would they allow it. I just imagine how much gold has worked its way down. Gotta wonder if theres a clay layer or Bedrock.

Coulter is definitely on to something with that I definitely like his wet separator my one suggestion for it is smooth inner line tubes for the discharge in and there's my scientific thoughts on that lol awesome job Jason keep up the good work Buddy ✌️👍
