Very well put together video! The Window in the Willows is a one of my favorite Disney shorts from that era, so it’s nice seeing it get some love!

I have some ideas of which Disney short films you can cover next. The Brave Engineer, Lambert the Sheepish Lion, Ben and Me, Paul Bunyan, The Small One, Runaway Brain, John Henry, Destino, Lorenzo, One By One, The Little Matchgirl, The Ballad of Nessie, and Paperman.

As much as I love the short, it's kind of a shame they didn't do a full adaptation. You really should read the Grahame novel, maybe in the annotated edition...it's beautiful. The Toad segments are only part of it...there are other adventures Rat and Mole undergo, some of them stand-alone chapters that are almost like short stories in themselves. The most beautiful of these is the chapter "The Piper At The Gates of Dawn", where Rat and Mole go out to search for the son of their friend Otter, who is Sir-Not-Appearing-In-This-Disney-Short. They find him in the care of the god Pan, who protects small helpless animals, but once they've rescued him, the music of Pan causes them to forget the encounter. Just IMAGINE what Disney animation could have done with that scene! If this had come along a few years later, after 1950, they could have done a full version that would have joined Alice and Peter Pan as a Brit-kid-lit trifecta.
And as for what shorts you should do in the future? I've probably mentioned it before, but I'd love to see you do some of the wartime shorts, like Der Fuehrer's Face (one of the funniest ever), Chicken Little (not exactly your typical Disney ending), and Education for Death (DEFINITELY not your typical Disney ending!).

I’m surprised that Family Guy never poked fun of this.
