We saw a “flash” of our setup in the Vintage Caravan display area. We have been taking our van (and old car) out to Lee-burn for the past 6 years. We always have an awesome time there and love watching the racing.
Thanks for being an inspiration. I am right now sitting in my 25 foot Coromal at Curtain Springs with the wife and 3 kids. 6 days drive from the Sunshine Coast. Keep going. Love your videos.
Bribie Island my back yard. Sandstone are building a man made lake supposed to have fish in it ! They just keep expanding. People complain about price but they still have lots going there
Hey mate don’t know how long ago you filmed this ep but check out the BOS 370 stabilizer legs and jockey wheel really great bit of kit …..safe travels 🍺🥂
Weekend packing is so exhausting. We try to get away often but sometimes I’m like…nah too hard🤣 Although if Bribie Island was close I think I’d be there a lot!
I’ve been watching your build and you’re in a way doing a bit of “Caravan Myth busting” with these episodes. 1. The length of a caravan doesn’t necessarily dictate weight. 2. Just because it’s 24ft doesn’t mean it much longer than some 18ft caravans of today. 3. You don’t need a new $120k caravan to travel off road in Australia. 4. Tandem axle is way easier to tow than single axle. What I’m interested in is your opinion about “stick n tin” verses stick n fibre glass wall verse full sandwich panel? We first had sandwich panel so moving to stick n tin was a worry. But what we have found is stick n tin is actually cooler than full sandwich. Thoughts?
Thank you! Even though we have a timber frame van I’m not a fan of it because of timber rot! I like all of the other construction types that you mentioned. Personal preference would be ally frame with cladding though 👍🏼
@@nowornever_aus from what I’ve seen earlier Caravans from 2019 and earlier have had some water Ingres issues but the latter the caravan manufacturers seems to have finally learnt some lessons. Though owners still need to be vigilant.
Great to follow your adventure. What data package do you use in your Cowfish gear? We have a duly setup from RF shop in SA but haven’t managed to settle on data plans, so just wondering what you use. TIA Rod
Ok cheers. I have a boost mobile sim but they are getting expensive now. Really appreciate the reply. Looking forward to the nec ep. Cheers@@nowornever_aus
@@nowornever_aus bummer, it's not the exhaust outlet or air intake blocked up? Love your vids, so thanks for producing the content. Hope to see you on the road one day.
I have watched you from the start and enjoyed the Chanel as we get ready to do our own long distance travel in our van but I have to admit like most successful channels it is becoming more like an advertorial with all of the plugs and thanks for who sent you what. I know its a business but it just feels like it has lost its genuine feel. Anyway my opinion and probably will get shouted down but hey its a free country. Travel safe guys.
Hey mate, yeh we get where your coming from. We try really hard to strike a good balance, but unfortunately at the end of the day, we would struggle to keep travelling and making content without the support of the businesses we work with. We turn away a lot more than we say yes to because we are conscious of it 👍🏻 Thanks so much for your support along the way!
Hi Alex and Erin, can you please let me know supplier phone no And name of your blue, touch lights...they are awesome...love following you guys...💙 🎉 julie & Anthony

Born and bred locals Lee-burn. You could always tell the people who'd moved in and called it Lay-burn😂
Haha we have 50-50 answers on how to pronounce it!! 😂😂
@@nowornever_aus 50/50 chance of getting it right🤔😅🤣

@biglap.australia yeah so hard when you have some many protrusions but your 100% right with needing to be vigilant regardless
Giday. I had same problem with my stove .the problem was switch. When you let go of switch gas turned of.
Ah thanks for that as I may have the same problem! Cheers!

@rodmcdonald9825 no probs at all! 🙌🏼
Are you on a gravel road, opps my bad I forgot you’s are on Qld asphalt roads😂😂
Pretty bad hey!! 😂
What do you do for work does it involve caravans?
I’m (Alex) a carpenter but one of my first jobs when I moved to Brisbane was building Kedron caravans 👍🏼
What's wrong with the deisel heater? Hopefully an easy fix.
It won’t light! Fuel pump is working so I’d say there’s a massive build up internally from my research, will pull it apart soon to investigate
