We stayed there just over a year ago and it was our first stop on a one month trip.
We were on the other side to you with only one other van. There were three on your side.
Pretty cool place at a reasonable price.
Anyway...yes it's a disused cable ski park

We used to go to there when it first opened and no one knew about it. We only lived down the road at the time. It was cheap as chips too! Good spot as there really isn't much around but it did get hard to get into like everything now days

WHAT! I've lived in North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast for 15 years.... and I have never been to Beachmere ha-ha. Definitely one place to try out looks great. Great video

Thanks guys, very informative. I've been to some dreadful Hip Camps and Farm Stays. The owners of dreadful stays deserve unbiased comments except when, well, you just get a paddock filled with cow shit and roaming cattle that like to camp under your awning at night.
Yeah it’s a hard one, we find it very hit and miss, definitely a hit with this one though!
