Brad is the best host for it's alive simply because he's super eccentric, yet is slightly inexperienced. He knows many things, and comes up with great ideas. Though the execution part is where he just gets scambled.
I think he has lots of experience but isn't the best at speaking or conveying info

I think everyone just has to agree that It's Alive has the best editing in all of the BA videos. Then we got quarantine and Hunzi turned everything up to 11.

Brad can teach everyone about the Egyptian fermented cream cheese appetizer “ Mish “. You can read a Wikipedia article about it but it basically a mixture of a salty cream ( Domiati )cheese and a salty hard cheese ( Rumi ) with additonal cream, tahini , orange or tangirene peel and red chili peppers. I hope you or your team read this it is a wonderful dish full of probiotics that I am sure you and the audience will love.

Not sure how feasible this is with the pandemic, but I’d love to see Brad make ssamjang! It’s the Korean fermented bean paste that’s often used in KBBQ and I feel like Brad could have a lot of fun making some of the side dishes + cooking the meat.

We have a fermented papaya pickle called 'atchara' and you can use that for one of your projects.
Also look for 'kinilaw' which is a Filipino version of ceviche.
He'd have a field trip with atchara! I don't personally eat that but my grandma like hers with radishes and red onions. Brad would find ways to experiment and it would still be great!
