Absolutely love this song! Lyrically it follows A Bloodsoaked Symphony. In that song, Phil’s “evil self” sacrifices his stepfather to resurrect his parents and in this song, Phil’s “real self” realizes that they are just empty shells of people and can’t interact with him.
Omfg, Flaw-Medicate was one of the first songs when I started listening to metal. I used to buy metal magazines to get the music, bc I didn't have internet back in the days. 2004. Can't believe someone remembers the song, which has a deeper meaning for me.

Payback was on repeat when I was younger lol Checkout the new Asking Alexandria album man, it’s a completely different sound than their older stuff but this new album is so good. Lyrically, one of their best. *Find Myself* and *You’ve Made It This Far* hit home for me
So if you like this you really NEED to check out Hickory Creek(Acoustic) it’s a modern day banger of a ballad and is good enough for regular airplay on the radio. It’s that good. Will blow your mind.
