    i have put paper tape inside sockets to hold bolt. i have put paper tape on the outside of socket, taping bolt to socket.. But I too love the Car Wizard

    I did this mount last summer. Complete nightmare. Had to do it 2 times. Make sure you use an OEM one. The aftermarket ones made in china are junk and don't fit right.

    These Scions can be a pain to work on sometimes. They made some jobs way harder than they need to be....

    Anyone know what size that main bolt is? the large one that goes thru the mount.

      That one is way easier. The one under the car is a pain though and the OEM ones are the only way to go.

    Why tf did they put a bracket that holds a line in the mount

      Yes I ended up not even bothering putting that bolt back in because it was such a pain. And the line holds just fine without it

      @@zenaslloyd5074 Could not get it back on either. I put a zip tie on it, just in case.
