Gateway Drum Smoker - Seasoning

On this video I season my new 55g Gateway Drum Smoker! This isn't absolutely necessary according to some but I season every new grill I have! The actual instructions for seasoning you Gateway Drum Smoker come with it when you purchase it! This was my first time firing up the Gateway Drum Smoker and messing with the temp control and she ran as advertised, and that is one of the many things I love about drum style smoking.
