No, it was on an old laptop, so Anti-aliasing and Frame Buffer Effects were off.

Yeah i can never notice much different with Anti Aliasing and Frame Buffer in my laptop either so i guess turn off will make it better. What about Vsynce?

@@thanhchihieuvo2210 If you can tolerate screen tearing, it'd be better to keep VSync off. If you can't, then you can try to force Triple Buffering while keeping VSync on.
