    I played Kingdom Come Deliverance for around 400 hrs and I cherish every moment of that.. most immersive rpg ever.. I have finished the main story along with all dlcs and side quests twice and maxed out all skills and stats... obviously you can see that I got totally obsessed with this game because of how natural, real and immersive it was and still play it to this day.. it still drops my jaw to see all the cool little details I still find to this day in all the different quests in this game... I actually feel like a real medieval knight living in the 1400s... its amazing, surreal and unreal... realism and historical accuracy is totally off the charts for this one...

    Kingdom Come deliverance is the single most immersive game I have ever played. I literally spent hours just hanging out at taverns and playing dice... My only real gripe with the game and the one thing I'd caution people about is the combat. Not that it's bad, but it's got quite a skill ceiling if you're new to these type of games and it's especially frustrating when you're fighting more than 1 opponent, because the mechanics seem to be designed for 1v1. But again, an utterly immersive game. A beautiful and authentic medieval setting, great music, great acting, and a good/great story all accumulates into the most immersive game I have played.

    "Mad Max" from 2015 doesn't get much appreciation, but I really enjoyed it. Cruising around the open world looking for treasure, vehicle upgrades, challenging marauder strongholds, gathering loot, with a very good if not tragic main story line, it was very cool. Surprised so many people didn't like it, one of the most underappreciated games ever.

      @noahevans4510 Год назад

      I played through KCD last year and these are my thoughts.
      Kingdom Come Deliverance 4/10
      Kingdom Come Deliverance is a hard game to review because it presents itself as such a mixed bag. The game truly has so much potential, but it has so many drawbacks that consistently ruined my experience. When it shines KCD presented a fantastic novel worthy story, interesting characters, and fantastic depth while simultaneously plagued from frequent bugs, horrendous combat, and general unpolish at every turn. The game plays like a medieval sim with an emphasis on realism and survival. The systems and RPG elements of the game are innovative and really cool. I loved details like my character learning to read, ride a horse, and more. I played as a high charisma character and was able to talk myself out of most combat encounters or skip quests entirely, which was super rewarding to see the game respond in such a manner. The perk and leveling system also shines too with a plethora of intersting buff and debuffs. The RPG systems are fully developed and are frankly one of the reasons I kept playing. Bar none the best part of KCD is the quests. The game has a gritty but charming personality. The dialoge and humor kept me engaged in a way that doesn't often happen tok. The game is full of unique but believable characters too. I find my self torn in writing this review however, because while KCD has one of the best narrarive I've ever played it also has some of the worst gameplay for any modern RPG. The gameplay itself is slow, monotonous, and glitchy as hell. Looting, notoriety, crafting, item maintenance, etc. are all terrible. Beyond the dull gameplay KCD is also plagued by a plethora of glitches and awful combat. When the game released in 2018 was infamous for its glitches. In 2022 so many of these still remain. Many times over I lost 30+ minutes of gameplay due to bugs or crashes. One of the contributing problems is a needlessly restricive quick save system. You have to pay IN-GAME currency (about 130 gold) to quick save, which is ridiculous when completing a mission may offer 300-600 gold. If you quick save to protect from glitches, then you'll frequently eat into your profit. If you dont quick save, you'll repeat hours of gameplay due to the numerous and frequent bugs. This system is made worse by the numerous game crashes, collision glitches, and failed missions due to nonsensical AI. I estimate I had to reload saves 15-20 times due to glitches, sometimes costing me more than an hour's worth of time. It happened multiple times each session. Another problem I have with KCD is the combat. The combat is TERRIBLE. Absolute trash. I don't think I've ever played a game with worse combat - including titles like Daggerfall (1997) or Zelda 2 (1987). It's needlessly complicated, ineffective, random, and (once again) glitchy as heck. From the first fight until the final duel I dreaded combat encounters. I spent most of my time "cheeseing" rather than fighting. As I played, I wanted to like KCD but also found myself growing increasingly more annoyed by its shortcomings. I'm conflicted to rate a game with such a great campaign so low, but I can't excuse giving it anything higher because of the drawbacks. At first I tried to turn a blind eye to the problems, but by the end of the campaign I was rushing to finish the narrative praying that I wouldn't have to draw my sword on anyone or be bogged down by glitches. KCD has so much potential but in the end it was only a let down. 4/10

      For all the criticism the ending got. I doubt we will ever get a trilogy like it again whereby your choices carry across into the next game. A great cast of companions that you can build relationships with over multiple games. You can miss out on entire quest lines entirely either by accident, or by your own decisions. You can lose beloved characters through a miscalculation and ultimately you feel responsible. I will always love the ME trilogy for these reasons.

While the main quest can be easily done in a few hours, grinding for better gears and leveling up really takes a long while, and it doesn't get boring too fast, 'cuz duh. Parkour and zombie head bashing goes extremely well together. Sometimes, I even surprise myself about new areas that I haven't explored since I'm way too preoccupied at just going from point A to point B and that exploring Harran just feels... Well, refreshing, to say the least. There's also the multiplayer mode, once you get too bored doing things alone.

      I bought this recently. Dying Light The Following Edition.
      I can't get passed the first night time mission and I'm on easy mode. Those night zombies get me every time.

    I remember being shocked when I saw my playtime on Elden Ring over 200 hours… It was so easy to spend time in that world

      yeah when it came out and I happened to be unemployed at the time I just lived in that world and it was so easy. I think I'm clocked at like 435hrs at this point, but talk about the right time for a game.

      Perfect timing to be unemployed! 😂 I sometimes have a hard time booting up a game especially after a break but that game was so easy to turn on and play I never even gave it a second thought

    Good to see Borderlands in the bonus section. Got 85 hours in just Borderlands 2.
    The freedom in just solo rampaging through area's really just racks up hours upon hours of fun.

      I sunk countless hours into Borderlands 2. Borderlands 3 is a great game but Borderlands 2 was magic.
