- Stepping up for the latest instalment of our B-Sides series is the inimitable Russian-born now Berlin-based artist Dasha Rush. Since the late nineties Dasha has unveiled an extensive back catalogue of material on the likes of Raster Noton / Raster, Adam X’s Sonic Groove and of course her own Hunger To Create and its sub-label Fullpanda Records. Dasha has also become one of the most sought after Techno DJ’s and live performers over the years, bringing her tripped-out, dynamic style across the globe.
In addition to the substantial marks Dasha has made on the industry in her field, the lineage doesn’t end there. Her work often strays away from the early hours on the dance floor with forays into sound design work, audiovisual shows and installations like 2019’s ‘Aurora Cerebralis’ www.dasharush.i....
Join us to discover some of Dasha’s favourite b-side cuts from her collection.

So nice to see and hear her thoughts on the love for her records.
She's so proud to show her favorite tracks and her enthusiasm really is infectious. I love it.

Love her attitude and love for her records. Nothing beats music
She's such an intelligent and lovely person
The Parker and Dozzy one is EXACTLY what I would expect from a collaboration between those two, and it's so good.
That Acid Junkies record on Djax-Up-Beats is one of the most epic records of the '90s.
WELL SAID,,,APART FROM HARDFLOOR & SPICELAB,,,😂😂👌👌👌
she is beyond amazing! her DJ sets are legendary!
That ice age track, 🤯🤯🤯 mind blowing ! , just shows that tracks produced in that decade were literally 10 times better stuff! Unreal record!
..dasha rush..love her musical taste and her sets..and authentic and humble as a person 🖤🖤🖤
one of the best selections so far.
Finally, they did the Fav B Sides on the biggest Nerd Out there. Always Love for Dasha

And this is how I found out about Black Swan. Thank you!
Acid Junkies! Saw them in Glasgow at a Pure allnighter around 1994 and they were amazing. That cover/label brings back so many (good) memories :-) Miss Djax played too and was amazing too.
Pure was a great club
Edinburgh ? Haven't thought about that place in ages. I'm from the States, but ended up there after doing a gig in Glasgow....sometime in the early 90's....think was before '94 though, could be wrong. Crazy fuckers made me stay an extra 5 days. Ended up missing my flight LOL. Been back many times since.
Great tunes

As a proud owner of the Formalities - Simple Form 12" EP, the track is called "Submission" ("Disturbance" is the first track on the A-side).
Killer episode btw!
What a selection of tracks. I had to go and find all of them.
Never thought to hear a Mononom track here, nice!
Me too, but Robbert earns every credit. You know he built his own sequencer for making his music?
Thanks Dasha! We hope to be back someday!

@@gerdalva5720 Yeah and "Dancing with the devil" or "Lysergik Delusions" from Curley.
Thank you Dasha for the Formalities track! I have been wanting to know who did that for years since hearing it in the late 90s.

Great DJ and track selection! DJ Hell at B-Sides would be great :D!
Fantastic. All tracks I fully expect to hear Dasha drop.
I can't help but connect Formalities 'Disturbance' Powerplant with The Prodigy's Claustrophobic Sting. Just ripping acid. A sound of the times.
fantastic taste
Acid Junkies holy shit what a great track
Stefan Robbers & Harold de Kinderen from Eindhoven on a trip👽👽
…and all the mentioned records value go to the moon ;)
If I had to describe to someone what an Aphex Twin song would like look as a human being she would be who I describe. Complex driving rhythmic chaos on the outside with a warm soul; smiling and dancing among that chaos on the inside. Just Wow!
Nice picks 👍😊
Очень красиво о музыке рассказывает...
