    I have watched quite a few lymphatic drainage videos, and yours has the very best description of how much pressure to apply and why. I appreciate the guide dots and lack of chatter too!

    The musical portion was very relaxing. I didn’t even know my sinuses were congested until I after I did this. I feel my nose has opened up. Your video presentation was well done, the introduction had a thorough explanation. There was no need for anything further after the intro, the dots and introductory instructions were plain and simple enough, kudos!

    Just wanna say THANK YOU. My eyes were literally puffy. I just cried. I normally have puffy eyes everytime I cry, and take note I cried so hard tonight. But after doing this for about 30 minutes in repetition, puffiness eventually went away. Big help. 😻

    I send my (facial) Clients this Video. The intro on the pressure is so important! My older clients swear by it for a perminant reduction in the puffiness, and some do this on the drive to work once they're familiar with the routine!

    Ive posted previously but i Just cannot recommend this particular technique enough.
    . I had a procedure on my eyes, my upper face was just so swollen I was panicking!! After following this routine the swelling was down within the hour. I still do it when I'm in the bath at home and in the sauna and steam room at the health spa. It's so relaxing thanks again. 😴

    I took a picture after doing one side, and the other eye looks sooo puffy compared to the one I had massaged. This really works. Thank you! It also makes me feel more awake and comfortable not to have all that lymphatic fluid in that area.

    I have homecoming dance tonight but I woke up with a really puffy eye because I was crying hard yesterday. It made my face look very uneven and made my right eye puffy, making me self conscious about going to said dance. However, your video COMPLETELY HELPED ME!! I cannot even express how grateful I am for this video. My eye is back to normal and the rest of my faced de-puffed aswell. I could even FEEL it working. Thank you so much ❤️

    You explained it well first. Your visuals were good with the dots. I like the blowing of your hair. I like that it's in real time. Your video was short. To the point. I liked that you had some makeup on so we could see better through the video The Contours of your face. For guidance. Not Beauty. Every instructional video about every single thing in the world should be exactly like this. I couldn't hear you in the visual part but that was okay. Oh. The only thing is your audio little quiet. Your Technique in presentation is perfect though. A RUclips search brought me to you to find eye puff remedy well I guess I'm subscribing, wow.EDIT: the time it took for me to comment I can feel my sinus is doing some kind of work.I looked on the mirror, my eye puff is smaller. I don't have giant puffs but when I retain water it goes to my eyes. You made me so happy right now. This could change my life. Sometimes my eyes are so puffy in the morning. Thank you.

    Definitely helped clear my nose, which is very narrow so prone to blockage. Sadly, it did nothing for the horrible puffiness under my eyes. This is genetic, but under the right eye my CPAP mask seems to cause fluid to be trapped under the eye while I sleep, and the swelling there is truly horrific. (I think it's the CPAP, because before I started this therapy, the puffiness under the left eye was worse, with little on the right, and now there is a massive bag under the right eye.)

    I came back to say this works, for me at least. It's not the magic cure I was looking for - i.e a product that I put on and it magically fixes everything, but bothering to take 10 mins a day to do this works for me. I have puffy eyes, partly genetic I think but mainly allergies related. I think the main benefit I am seeing is my sinus' being "drained" (gross terms would be mucus released) I can feel this happen and for the next 12-24 hours, I see an improvement in puffiness, unless I have an allergy flare up or sneezing of itchy eyes. I'm going to look into what the sinus issue could be and if there are other options than this but for now I at least have this option. Thanks.

    • @averagefemale3731
      @averagefemale3731 5 лет назад

      You can try oil pulling. It helps drains the mucus. I don't know why it works but I always sleep so much better when I'm pulling oil regularly.

    why did you put music over your words? I would much rather listen to your instructions than the music :/

    • @willbephore3086
      @willbephore3086 7 лет назад +17

      If you watch the instructions at the beginning of the video she goes over what she's doing and then watching with just the movements is very easy to follow without hearing her words. Making videos like this is quite a lot more work than most people realize, with so many variables on the outcome. So, there's probably a good reason she chose to play music over that part of the video. And if you just take a moment at the beginning, the rest is very clear I think. Hope this helps.
