No one digs into his heart while singing as much as Phil Everly, he's one of a kind.
Phil has many fans who miss him. Kind thoughtful loving and sooo much heart. He gave the world harmony my favorite sadly missed.

girlfriend like her when I chose my friends and cars over her great smile and warm kisses......What stupidity on my part......

I never realized Cilla had done a duet with Phil. I’m loving this!! I’ve loved Cilla since the mid-60s and the Everlys since the late 1950s. Phil looked so gorgeous in this video. Sad that they’re both gone now.

Beautiful! I've never seen Phil Everley smile so much whilst singing. Cilla was a wonderful lady with a great sense of humour. They probably laughed a lot back stage. 🤗☺
I'm not completely sure, but think they toured together when he was with his brother, I did hear from somewhere that Phil adored Cilla.
Phil was the best harmony singer ever. This song is my all-time favorite Everly tune.

Phil and Don worked together for many years. They were unique and original. However, familiarity can also breed contempt. People are still individuals yet can lose their identity when their identity isn't all their own but shared. I'm glad they were able to patch things up and perform together again. They are still loved 60 plus years later. Beautiful version of this classic tune.

The Everly Brothers played at the end of my street at the national guard armory once a month. Although I was way too young to attend I will never forget all the magnificent car ornamented with chrome and all the wonderful outfits that the girls wore as they walked to the performance. I picked my grandmother's flowers and would lay them on the sidewalk for the passing girls to pick up and I would hide behind the hedges to hear the response. It always made me feel good inside to hear the cheer and delight in their voices as they picked up and held the flowers.
Seeing this male-female duet, especially with 2 great artists from different cultures is so sweet. My favorite version is of the Everly Bros. together. But man and a woman singing this to each other creates an emotional impact.

Although Don & Phil Everly, are the best duet in the World ( for me) Cilla gets it note perfect on this one, voice of an angel. Jimmy Llandudno.

I have always said that Phil Everly was the most handsome man I had ever seen. His sweet voice and persona only increase his appeal. Too bad he is married. I would marry him today if he would have me(fat chance of that happening).
Incredible duet, love the Everly Brothers and was in love with Cilla from the age of 12 now 63 and still love her , so sad that she is gone . but sue she is singing with the angels now R.I.P. Cilla

So lovely. Isn't it interesting to hear Phil sing melody for a change, doing Don's part, while Cilla is doing Phil's upper harmony, very nicely. Then they take turns doing solo melody, which Don never shared with Phil. Thank you, Buzzer, for posting this. In the U.S., we knew Cilla for one hit only, the beautiful "You're My World"--I had no idea she had such a long, varied, successful career in England. Knowing this, I'll now seek out other songs of hers on RUclips. So sad they lived to just 74 and 72. RIP.

Phil has such a beautiful voice. Cilla had a great pop voice and I like a lot of her work.Interesting listening to them duet on this song.

Phil was my first crush. So gorgeous and a wonderful voice. Wish he had been featured more in the lead when with his brother.
Phil was gorgeous. He had an aura about him too. Sex Appeal. There was something magnetic about him. Loved his thick luxuriant hair. Above all I loved his voice. WOW, could he reach the high notes.

No one's voices blend quite as well as Phil and Don's I don't think. Their recording of this song is excellent, but it was nice to see this duet. The song seems to be ideal as a duet with a man and woman. Phil is SO utterly charming! Both Everly brothers are such skilled and polished performers, but this shows a little different angle. Phil's incredible talent is without question, but wow, the charm, the smile, the way he looked at her, and of course, that dimple, and the sweet kiss on the cheek. I would have been melted into a puddle on the floor at that point. Thanks for posting this!

Never seen this before. It's fantastic from two greats in their own right, but for me top performance of this song is by The Everly Bros, followed by Elvis Presley and third Phil and Cilla. Magnificent job by all of these singers
