It goes un-talked about. It’s so important to raise awareness.

What a courageous, inspiring and beautiful young woman. I had NO idea the law did not protect these women and their children. I am a survivor but as a white woman, I had some help from the law (though it was often non-existent). To hear that there are no laws in place for stalking, SA, in urban areas for Indigenous women is horrifying. And I will learn more now and share this everywhere I can. I worked in law for years and I feel like the system I felt so sure of, the foundation of our country, is not build on stone, but sand -- quicksand for these women.

I loved every word that she said in the video and our best reminder that as humans we are all born with the same rights to enjoy our planet Earth and have equal rights recognition respect and same opportunities for what we are or can be and not be judged by those full of hatred due to their prejudice lack of higher ethics and morals or simply because they grew in an environment full of criminals or with no regards for the great values of life and society and cannot adapt to them!

Yet your lifestyle is probably only possible because less fortunate people around the world suffer for it. Kids sawing your cloths and farming your chocolate. People starving so you can eat meat. And the list goes on. But we can just blame the companies responsible so we don’t have to feel bad for the millions who die each year because of climate change while they don’t even profit from our destructive lifestyle.
