Its Gruden; not Carr, and 2016 12-4 is all the evidence you need. The offensive guru whose Bucs offenses were 18th the SB year, 25th, 18th, but mostly in the 20's. Gruden sucks. Had a 12-4 roster and, well what. Reggie mckenzie the architect fired. No HC should ever be given that much control; a GM has an pyramid of scouts it took years to build. They find talent, coaches coach it. Gruden is no bellichik he can't even coach his side of the ball with all the control tampa gave him.

Ano Nym this game was a really tight game between a 5-2 Raiders team and a 3-3 (I think that was their record) Bucs team, with both having good starts to the season. It was a close game throughout, neither team pulling away. I don’t want to try and spoil the result if you hadn’t seen it, but it was a really good game.
I remember watching this game, it was a hell of a game, left me on the edge of my seat. That long ass over time really had me bitting my nails, wondering if it'll be a tie. But Carr got that pass to Roberts and dodged a tackle to end the game. May have lost but damn, that was a good ass game
This was the toughest game I’ve ever watched being a Bucs fan. The Raiders handed us this game by breaking the record for most flags in a game and we still blew it. What makes it worse is we would’ve made the playoffs if we won or tied.

Sebastian Janiakalski can definitely count the many GMs , HCs & QBs The Raiders had since being drafted by them. His 1st NFL coach was Jon Gruden in his 1st season with Raiders
liver666 Cooper was never great for us, inconsistent as hell, dropped a lot of balls and didn’t seem to care to be in Oakland, Roberts had a good year and a half but started dropping a lot too. Crabtree though was one hell of a signing
Definitely one of the biggest "what ifs" in the last 15 years for the Raiders. Carr was rumored to be up for MVP, they were talking as the Raiders might be the team to knock the Patriots off their super bowl domination. Could they have made the Super Bowl? Unknown but they were definitely one of the most exciting teams that year. Not only that though, how much would Carr's career and therefor the Raiders have changed if he hadn't broken his leg that year. Even a fan of Carr like me knows that his whole career changed with that Colts game. He was never the same though he had some good years after.
You know, Michael Crabtree, amari cooper, Jack del rio, Derek carr, latavius murray, Clive wallford, Seth roberts, there’s where great players. The defence sucked but raiders defence hasn’t been good since 2003. This was a great team and for whatever reason, football politics I guess, ruined this incredible line up and clearly the raiders haven’t been the same since. Should have stuck with what worked and proved to be the best thing in 20 years

The Raiders broke the NFL record for most penalties in a game & The Raiders still won in overtime with a walk off touchdown pass from DC to Seth Roberts.
Nice to see for free these games that are already on Game Pass but would be very cool to see old footage games that are not blurry like the ones shared generously by RUclipsrs who don't have better versions. Not their fault but NFL would be more generous if they share the old classics that are not already on RUclips.
People say Raiders should get rid of Carr but as a Raiders fan they shouldn’t he doesn’t get the credit he deserves. This was the year the Bucs finished 9-7 and barely missed out on the Playoffs and Winston appeared to be the QB of the future and Tampa’s first winning season season since 2010 where they went 10-6 but still missed out on the playoffs and they have 2nd longest playoff drought currently behind Cleveland and haven’t been there since 2007.
I'm just here to see a preview of what Carr will bring with Adams, Renfrow, Waller and Jacobs this season. Anyone who is itching to see what Carr's capable of will watch this game.
