Not all of them are thugs. There's a horrible story about an Uber driver getting shot by an elderly victim whose family had been threatened by scammers. Sad stuff.

Every person should aim to stay at least somewhat in touch with the times they're in, and I know it's not so easy, but life will not wait... Life is a competition, at least life as we know it currently. Cooperation is more efficient and productive, but we haven't progressed as species enough yet.
I am a clerk in a felony court in NYS, and we recently had a case come through our court on the receiving end of such a transaction. There were 2 men fighting over picking up a box at a receiving location for--I believe it was UPS (it was in a drug store/pharmacy)--and they ended up not being able to get the package from the clerk inside, who told them it was due to their fighting or possibly an issue with ID or something (in actuality, when the wife of the man in Arizona who'd cleaned it their bank account to mail $18,000 cash to strangers at a random drug store in NYS found out what he'd done, she wisely contacted the FBI who put a watch team on the destination and instructed the receiving clerk not to release the package to anyone once it arrived) Anyway, one of the dejected package runners decided to set the pharmacy's dumpster on fire in a very creative method of delivering customer feedback, resulting in everyone getting arrested and their paperwork ending up on my desk. The pharmacy was just down the street from where I live, too.
Scammers have gotten so paranoid, I don't know how the scam-baiters on YT manage to bait at all because I can't keep them on the line at all, they always hang up very quickly, sometimes the moment I ask them a single question, or if I just repeat what the robo-call message told me, or sometimes even as soon as I say "hello" (sometimes they don't even pick up the line at all, just some background sounds for a few seconds, then click). 🤔 Meh, that's good, if they hang up on everybody, then they can't scam people, only mildly annoy them. 🤷
I love everything you do! The time you spend on the phone to delete their info and drive them crazy is unreal! @Look_What_You_Did well, I was stationed in 3 different countries. After getting out, I worked for 2 multi-national companies where I went to 19 additional countries. I have a very full contact list, and not everyone has the same number they had 10 years ago.
My dad told me how his housemate received a call very early in the morning yesterday, being in her 80's she does not like to get up before 9 a.m., so the caller said they were calling from Amazon and that somehow there was too much money, around $700 of purchases... at some point they ask her if she can drive to Walmart to purchase gift cards, she said no. They then asked if she lived close to a walmart, again she said no. I cant recall exactly what they asked her next, but she said hold on.... she put the phone down and let it sit as if she was doing whatever they wanted. After some time, she just hung up on them. They then tried another 4 times to call her, which she did not answer.... love it!! Makes me happy she was not fooled, but also waisted their time.... I thought of this channel immediately and knew you would be proud! Its great you teach so many people simple tricks to waist these guys time... more time waisted means less money scammed!!
Who is actually stupid enough to fall for this in real life and go draw $30k out of a bank, in cash, then hand it off in the street to someone? Thats insane? I mean when you entered the bank wouldn't they be a bit suspicious why you want all that cash and when you tell them the reason they get extremely concerned? I can't believe this actually works for them to be doing it insane.
Yeah hard to believe, but it seems so. Older people are quite insecure with computers, and I think this translates into the whole situation then. There are other not so obvious schemes. In other videos there are allways comments of the children or grand children telling stories - and their parents/grandparents usually feel stupid falling for it - afterwards.
In my country, all transactions over $10k are tracked and investigated by the relevant government agency. If you try to withdraw more than $2000 cash from your bank account the teller will ask for proof of reason. If you try to purchase large amounts of gift cards the store staff will query you. Overseas bank transfers of money are also blocked over a certain amount without there being prior arrangements made.
I love the high-tech "form". It is a riot to see them panic when they realize you followed his instructions and someone else got "HIS" money! I remember laughing when the lady scammer gave you her name. I picture her orientation going like this: Boss: "Ok, pick your fake American name" Lady scammer: "Like what? I don't know any good American names" Boss: "Anything you pick will be GOOD ENOUGH" Lady scammer: "Ok I will use that sir" HAHAHAHA Let's hope they stop the practice of going to victim's homes. It is disturbing at best. Thanks to your team for continuing the fight and never giving up! The future is bright! LET'S GO!!!

I saw a video yesterday about a woman who bought $150 Walmart gift card from her Walmart store. When her friend tried to use the card, there was no money. Walmart knows about this and will not refund the money. Loads of people have contacted the woman saying this has happened to them with their Walmart card & multiple other stores. How can scammers do this?
that happened to me as well at a drugstore. It was $100 gift for my daughter. She noticed that the bar code on card was not the same as the package (states on package to verify). Since she did not open, the store gave me a new one. This is how the scam works - thieves take blank cards (sometimes out of stores) switch cards and package back up. When a customer activates (buys) the card, the scammer gets an alert that the card is active. I think they put the card numbers into website. Once loaded with $ they go and spend it. That's why card was empty. My experience happened close to 10 years ago. I didn't know this scam is still being used.
Because they prey on the ignorance, trust, and gullibility of their victims. They know within the first minute if the victim is someone who they can easily scam or not.
4:15 can we please do an episode where you refuse to give the money back and act like you’re rich now? Just to see if they tell you that they were scamming you or something I just want to see how they react.😂😂😂

I'm amazed at the sophistication of these scams. The lengths these scammers are willing to go is shocking.
from all those, who are fighting against scammers, pirogi is simply the best. entertaining, calm and funny.
You can’t even spell his name
Absolutely love this one. So much heart to do all this! ❤

Got a text recently from the "post office". Thanks to you guys I checked the country code before responding. It was from India, so I sent it to spam. Thanks for all you guys do!
Yep, always check, and double check, unexpected items in the baggage area.
Love all you guys and thank you for your hard work ❤️
Who is actually stupid enough to fall for this in real life and go draw $30k out of a bank, in cash, then hand it off in the street to someone?
This guy needs to be awarded one of the hero awards for literally saving people's lives. Seriously.
Dont ever quit doing this 🔥
I love the high-tech "form". It is a riot to see them panic when they realize you followed his instructions and someone else got "HIS" money! I remember laughing when the lady scammer gave you her name. I picture her orientation going like this:
Boss: "Ok, pick your fake American name"
Lady scammer: "Like what? I don't know any good American names"
Boss: "Anything you pick will be GOOD ENOUGH"
Lady scammer: "Ok I will use that sir" HAHAHAHA
Let's hope they stop the practice of going to victim's homes. It is disturbing at best. Thanks to your team for continuing the fight and never giving up! The future is bright! LET'S GO!!!
Well done, closed them down for the day that proves you're scarring the scammers, yes love it
You are very, very great, Pierogie ,wonderful person ,saving so many seniors
1st clue it was a scam: It's impossible to have someone from PayPal call you. Last time I had an issue with them, I literally had to drive to their headquarter (fortunately, I live near where this company is located), to be able to get some help. 😁 Great work you do guys btw, hunting those scammers ! ❤
The storyline for the money hand off! ‘Let’s goooooo’ 😂
8:48 🤣
The Indian government needs to be pressured into taking action against scammers. The people running these scam call centers shoud receive prompt extradition to the United States.
The will not. India GDP will drop too much 😂
The government gets their take so they're not going to shut them down.
@@Qamil323These scam call centers need the fear of the CIA introduced into them in the form of UAVs like the Predator C or Reaper, once a few call centers are evaporated they may think twice.
Why would we want the scammers in the US? I don't want my tax dollars going to housing these criminal migrants in jail. Send them all back.
don't worry they are here, thats why they come right to the house
I like your videos the best. You Perogi, are so polite so respectful even when these scammers are using horrible language.
Oh my gosh... the WORLD needs you right NOW. You are a Real life X-men.

@@StayMadNobodycares The scammers have to stick to the script...
this is scary imagine how many people fall for this and some random stranger coming to their house over and over
I wouldn't want to be that random stranger - isn't the US gun/person ratio at 4:1 ?

My mom told them that their parents must be so proud. She proceeded to get cussed out, hung up on, and they sent threatening text messages from their own phone number. 😂
My mom nearly got scammed by a Nigerian man that claimed to be French so my mom decided to play an uno reverse card by lying to the scammer that my dad was in the FBI and the guy immediately ended the call and blocked my mom😅

Is this Wilson Carter character? His so calm Vivian is talkative
Love your work Scammer payback
That's Dr. Wilson Carter. He introduced himself as such when he called the scammers.
Scammer: "I know at the beginning before beginning of the connection of your computer. That you were trying to act smart"
LOL! He really said that after being on the phone for 5 hours trying to scam what he thought was an elderly person.
The scammer made a few remarks and his whole attitude showed that he knew he wae being baited all along. Unfortunately.
9:26 i feel bad for the mf on skidrow in a white tanktop baggie kahkis and a red bandana
This guy is the Goat not all heroes were capes this one rocks a kool light blue hair style.
Please please never stop getting these people brother

14:15 that name is good enough to convince me😂
Love the way he rambles off on tangents.
The street is where scammers belong.
Or in a ditch, left lifeless, somewhere in the middle of nowhere. That's where they all belong.
6ft under it.
Forced labour in the lead and acid mines.
Well done with this video, boys!! We always love when you guys scare the scammers too 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭. And don't forget always pressing enter 🤣🤣🤣🤣!
My step daughter gave me 25.00 and the same thing. Havent checked if i get new amount yet, but its been almost a year.
Thanks for everything you do.
“Jamaican me crazy here” 😂
Yes, go P!!! I love the made up description of some random guy driving around with your $30K. HA!!!!
The Alex Green with heavy indian accent. Hehehee. Well done you, we adore you😍
We can roam the entire world 🌎 and I guarantee you will never find an Indian with a name Alex Green 😂
This is hilarious. 😂 love how you grin everytime he gets mad😉
I dont know how anyone can get scammed by these idiots. These scammers have to be some of the dumbest criminals in the world!
Because they prey on the ignorance, trust, and gullibility of their victims. They know within the first minute if the victim is someone who they can easily scam or not.
lOVE YOU SIR, 65 years old scammed!! Lesson learned 💙💙🤗🤗
I watched this on the livestream and could not stop laughing.
Giving money from scammers to victims is amazing
11:15 he perfectly described someone in an "urban" area..crazy😮😮
4:15 can we please do an episode where you refuse to give the money back and act like you’re rich now? Just to see if they tell you that they were scamming you or something I just want to see how they react.😂😂😂
He has a video where he does that .. see "Granny Pranks Scammer"
I would go insane talking to a scammer for thirty minutes.just one time.
I love how they always have an Anglo name but speak with a thick Indian accent.
A member actually suggested the idea of giving it away lol. Epic.
Hey man! I'm from India and I really hate to see some of these scams being operated from India. If you could get in touch with some Indian friend or RUclips Influencer and ask them to hand over these Identities to the Indian Police, you would do the best possible help of shutting them down. Kudos to you man! Would greatly appreciate if you help in handing over these scammers.
He has worked with authorities before, but it was a long process. Unfortunately many of the police are in the scammers pockets ( not all)
Thank God for what you do. They tried to do scams on myself and I messed with them as well.
For starters LE should start cracking down on these cash mules when they come for pickups and work all the way up the chain to the big fish
Work is going on behind the scenes, not for camera.
