Excellent work! I’m taking my first baby steps into model railroading so weathering is still a ways away, but it’s good to have the resources you’ve provided to learn from.
Dan, this is a great series. It comes at the same time I'm weathering two 1950's box cars in the 1970's time frame. I have not tried oil weathering but will with these older cars. I patched one of the cars using some Microscale Tuscan Red decal film on factory painted Box Car Red side. The shade is just a little bit different. Thanks again.
I like the show and the box car looks amazing, really really good job. Not so much related to weathering but I do like that you don't shy away from having some ficticious rolling stock on your layout.
That looks really great. A clear varnish i really like is DecoArt DuraClear. It comes in 3 different sheens and doesnt yellow. The flat finish is very flat
Great series
Great job.
Excellent technique Dan! Thank you for sharing!
Well done, Dan. I'm looking forward to more in this series.
Totally enjoyed all three. Always stuff to learn, and different approaches to see. Thanks
Looks good. I liked the video and the way you presented things. Well done !!!
Awesome!!!!!!
