Yeah I've heard about that. Not a thing in the US for indoor shows, but some outdoor shows have rules about tents, so I did spring for the fireproof tent when I got mine last year :)
I love catprint for art prints! They do print a touch dark so keep that in mind when making your digital files. Don’t over saturate. And I’ve never made pins so I have zero info for you on that, sorry! 😅
It's honestly my dream to have my own table I spent most of my money in highschool at arist alleys in cons and I always felt good about supporting
Oh that’s so great! My suggestion for getting started is start local 😊 the giant comiccons can be SO much at the beginning

I'm in Europe there are some cons that have a rule that the table cloths must be fireproof. They even test the cloths before the shows.

If it's the one you're talking about I think it's a photo back drop display and they just hung up the images with binder rings instead
