Just watched an interview Judi did with Louis Theroux? she was very teary when speaking of her husband's death - 20+years later. Wonderful woman. Esio Trott is a favourite of mine.
I am enjoying this series again, 40 years after first waching it. It's nice to watch some of the old sitcoms again ... some seem a bit dated nowadays, but others are just as good now as they always were .. this one included. I don't know how many times I have watched 'Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads' but have never watched Hi Di Hi
Michael Williams plays his role very well indeed. A man lacking in confidence, indecisive, somewhat blundering, but a really nice, decent bloke.
Michael Williams looks the same as what my Dad looks like too! It’s like watching my Dad! 😊

Judi and Michael were a dream team. An absolute pleasure to watch.
Charming comedy! Remember watching it the first time around,
wonderful casting too.
It's such a shame we've lost so many cast many cast members
I've watched it over and over. Something I do when it's really good.
I love everything about this series 😍
I miss great shows like this
As in normal, healthy and well balanced. Yep, me too.
So enjoying this series. Thanks for uploading.
Loved the show.
This episode is worth watching just to see a bottle of milk made out of glass with a foil cap. No nasty plastic.
Nothing better than licking the cream off that foil cap. Yummy.
@@jsi4064 Yes I agree. Also, nothing like the unshaken cream on my porridge in the morning.
@@algie-t2w Porridge I love porridge. Especially how my Scottish Granny used to cook it. With a wee bit of brown sugar on top.
@@jsi4064 It sounds as though your granny was a credit to her fellow Scots - being one myself. Best Wishes, Allan.
Brilliant programme
Thanks for loading!
Love Judi and her real life hubby
+Jean Meyer wish he hadn't died...........what a great couple and daughter.
They don't make them, like that anymore!
i always fancied susan penhaligon.
11:52 - 11:56 She's magnificent when she's being a boss, isn't she? #TeamJudi
With a nod to Calamity Jane and Katie Brown's makeover. Right down to the gingham curtains.
It always bugged me that his desk had him with his back to the door. Little things...
It's very bad feng shui ...I couldnt do it...
Lol
Nice TV 😊
Love the sister just beautiful.
Charlie's not a Charlie he's an I'm Alright Jack!
The real world problem is he wouldn’t be allowed to put a residence in a commercial business these days, if the city found out they’d come inspect.
