I have had the worts luck getting the cap system to corelate with the design. I have the SWF MAS-12, and when i try to do the trace, the cap and carriage mash into the back of the needles, and it errors out. I then have to restart the machine to clear the error.
Hi I am Sam. i use the hoop that you use. But After work, embroidery on side of cap is inclined. I did your way that you gave a tip… how can I do? Please help me ..
Hi Nicole. If you are using our new SWF ES models, there are four modes like you said. If you use the quick change cap system, use "QC Cap" mode. If you use any other cap hooping device, use "Cap" mode. This video shows you where that setting is on this specific type of embroidery machine model: ruclips.net/video/Wasawibqerk/видео.html
