Music by M83 - Lower Your Eyelids to Die with the Sun
My wonderful Mother went into labor with me, while camping in Yosemite. So my story goes, that I was almost a native of Yosemite.
that's an incredible story
'I want to get out here!"
What better place to enter life.
I’ve had this very video saved on my phone for about 8 years. It allows me to dream of seeing such beauty with my own eyes, in person. Visiting Yosemite has been on my bucket list for 22+ years, but I’ve never crossed the ocean from the UK to the USA let alone visited the park. I could die happy if I saw that overwhelming beauty for myself. If I ever made it, I would probably sob uncontrollably for a while, and allow that beauty and majesty to flow through me, around me and over me. I would surrender to it, be hypnotised by it. But for now, I can only dream. Just this video brings me to tears sometimes, so I can’t imagine actually being there.
One of the BEST videos on youtube, period!
To all the people who put SO MUCH effort in shooting such Beautiful Sceneries & creating such an Awesome Video - My Biggest Thanks To YOU ALL for presenting such a Marvellous Gift to us!
Love Your Passion & Determination!
As of February 10, 2018 there are 731 people who did not like this video, not only did they not like it but they had the courage to give it thumbs down, I’m really puzzled by that. This is art and inspiration at it’s finest. What a great job.
757 right now...

Must be people who dont like the music, because the visuals is God's art.
wonderful. wonderful music. have watched many times.never disappoints.
The work and probable heartache that went into getting even one of these sequences is awe-inspiring. To anyone who has been to the Diving Board, it's a strenuous, off-trail bushwhack on a nice summer day, but I can't imagine what it took to make the trip winter conditions, to get the sequences in this video.
I don't think this video gets the appreciation it deserves. The visuals and the music go perfectly together. Thank you for showing us how beautiful our planet can be
That was probably the best movie footage I've ever seen, and the music was perfect. I kept going "ooh" through the entire video! LOVE IT.
I have watched this video at least 30 times over the past 2 years and it never gets old! We will finally make the trip all the way from Florida to see it ourselves for the first time, thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work!
You know that overwhelming goose-bump like feeling you just felt watching this --- that's the supreme helping you recognize that everything in and around are alive, and connected. Feel it!
Yosemite is the greatest thing about Ca.The first time I ever went there it took my breath away. Some of the views of waterfalls and granite brought me tears of joy.Thank you God for creating such a wonderful place.
BEST 5 MINUTE RIDE OF MY LIFE!
i tried to explain this video to my friends and i couldn't because words can not capture this beauty, i was so shocked by this video and its something that i absolutely love. The images seen are something so beautiful that i was speechless and almost like brought to tears thanks for this video, Amazing work
This is THE most beautiful thing I have ever seen...
Beautiful. At 87 I can sit in my home and enjoy such wonderful things I'll never see in person, but I'm happy just to get to do that.Thank you!!!
As I listen to this intriguing music and engage with the universe of picturesque shooting stars through the heavens, breath taking views of mountains majesty and waterfalls that appear to be like hair strands of silver longer than Rapunzels, I see a grand panoramic view of God gifts to us, , planet earth
Can't wait to go there next summer!
5 years late but how was it
I've spent many years in the Yosemite ares of the Sierra especially the Tuolumne Meadows area. This is moving to me and when combined with M83 music it actually moved me to tears. Thank You.
Why haven't you guys made any more videos? Your timelapses are beyond formidable. They are EPIC. They are out of this world! Truly! please make more timelapses. I beg you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greetings Nan, how are you?
What a perfect world God has created. Thank you for doing the work and committing so much of your time just to share this with us.
I would need 6,530,400 more pixels on my monitor to enjoy this video at its highest resolution. :D
+Firaga13 Only need 4,608,000 more pixels but it still looks amaze.
+Sandro Caputo My screen resolution is 1680x1050 not 1920x1080.
I ment me. Running 1440x2560 :P
+Sandro Caputo Oh, okay :P
3440x1440 here....
Masterpiece !!
over 8 million pixels changing rapidly in the blink of an eye to show this beautiful production. and each of those pixels can produce over 6 million colors. the amount of data needed to process in milliseconds to create such beauty is beautiful in itself
awesome, breathtaking, calming, just out of sight and worthy of multiple viewings..
Greetings Jerine, how are you?
Visually stunning! But then Yosemite always is, and never disappoints.
The one and only time I was there was 46 years ago, but I'll NEVER forget the sight of the setting sun shining on Half Dome. It looked like it was made out of pure gold. There was just a hint of it in this video, but not the full effect.
God must've put a lot of Heaven in Yosemite. :^)
would be great if u could check out my yosemite vid and please sub :)
Yoy need to again
u need to go again

Bravo, and well done. I am moved and humbled every time I watch this video.

This made me cry...
I know, if you have the chance ever, watch on a 4k or 1440p OLED Screen.
well prepare to cry again: I realized this song is technically identical to "the living years" - that's right, you cried to Mike and the Mechanics... **hands u a tissue**
Your work here brings out such emotion....and as you can see by your following...... it's incredible. Thank you for sharing your gifts !
Blessings to our beautiful Mother Earth on Mothers Day. This is pure inspiration, the sound track is spot on. What a journey, focus on the beauty in this world!

Yosemite is a special place and you have just put the cherry on the top with a superb visual atmosphere
This looks SO good on my iPhone 6 Plus!!! 😮

For this is what Jehovah says,
The Creator of the heavens, the true God,
The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it,
Who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited:
“I am Jehovah, and there is no one else."
(Isaiah 45:18)
Our purpose in life is to praise our grand creator and to care for his creation. This is why we're so drawn to nature. God put this desire in our DNA from the beginning. Very soon humanity will go back to the way Jehovah had always meant humans to live: forever, happy, in a paradise home... caring for the animals, the plants, the earth and one another. :)
This will happen... very soon.
+kxmode Jehova would not have been his name. The J is a very new letter, the name is YHWH. Not that it matters, he doesn't exist.
This is one of the most inspiring and amazing things i have ever seen. How could 267 people not like this???? it just shows that now matter how good man thinks he is and what we can invent.....mother nature is the most innovative, inspiring and amazing inventor.......this video just makes me realize how lucky i am to be alive and on this awesome planet!
The beauty and wonder that surround us is simply amazing. Mere words will never do it justice, no matter the language.
Creators of open world rpg games, take notes.
Raymond Alcantara Imagine a Yosemite rpg in cry engine three.
+Kung Lao Master Welcome, GTX 980Ti's in SLI.
God made a beautiful Earth. It's so humbling to know that the God who made this, made me, too.
That would be a nice thought, but I'm an atheist so I don't believe in God.
TheLMGN I do.
+TheLMGN It's funny you guys can still believe that this is all an accident XD
Isaac Ellingson
How is the Earth an accedent? The biggest accedent I know of is Shirley Phelps-Roper.
It's *accident* but whatever XD
Brilliant ...God's blessings to all that were involved in the production.
Thank you.
It's well worth a moment to reflect on such beauty.
Watch in 144p. Trust me.
Thumbs up so others can see
My phone was like ARE YOU STUPID and upscaled to 480p

I'm convinced that my eyes don't see things as beautifully as 4K makes them look!
This is incredible! The imagery invokes so many emotions. Our tiny planet in the vast universe is just amazing, we are lucky to have such a beautiful planet
Plug this into a 60 inch 4K TV and you will cry.
Eric Pettersen i have cried many times watching Yosemite HD II
This made me sad because these types of places are being destroyed all around the world...
🥺🥺😔❤❤
Especiaply the fucking kids that destroy cave systems because their parents can't teach them. I'm 14 but deeply understood this at 9...
Chaz have you ever been been? How can say these places are being destroyed. Stop being so negative, you'll be a much happier person. Al
Simply outstanding, amazing how beautiful the nature is, and at the same ime, watching at that breath-taking night sky one can only imagine what kind of beautiful uncharted worlds could be out there.
A great tribute to one of the most beautiful places on earth. Lets leave it this way.
Comes to watch 4k video, on a 1080p screen ._.
There is no perceptible difference from 1080p and UHD. These videos look incredible on my Nexus 5.
+PokrPro21 what screen is the n5 oled? Because it looks great on the 1440p OLED screen of the N6P
360p on my phone
Honestly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Never been so inspired to do something like this.
WOw. That's so beautiful. Having visited very briefly - this just makes me want to come back again... maybe the most awe inspiring place on earth to visit.
I want to thank the people who took the time to shoot this and make this video, thank you for you time and your vision, and for allowing me to visit a place I have never been to, thru your video lens....wow.
This is by far my favorite place on Earth and I go to Yosemite every year, and a week is never enough to soak in all of it's beauty. This video is great to show people how great and beautiful it really is, not just "some place in the middle of the woods with no cell reception." I really hope that you all go there one day and experience all its wonder and awe.
You guys did it again. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wow!!! amazing cinematography.. such a beautiful place.. wonderful BGM... watching the video again and again..loving it
I was browsing other nightsky timelapses & thought, "One of these from Yosemite would be truly amazing. Say, I'll bet some clever character has done just that! Let's go see..."
And here we are. As usual, the internet does not disappoint.
This is brilliant, stunning work. Thank you so very much for doing it, & for sharing it here.
So beautifull it almost makes me cry! The perfectness of nature captured to perfection!
HiHunnyI'mHome National Park NEVER disappoints... This five minute vacation always touches the heart and soul...
Stunning - especially the snowscapes! Thanks for sharing...
this is so amazing. the amount of preparation it took must have been immense. not only gear, but knowing where the stars are grouped, the seasons, the locations. im so impressed. thanks for capturing the beauty of Yosemite. I love it.
Well done, and so much of it brought me back to the magnificent work of Ansel Adams many years ago. Adams was trying to gain the attention of the country to preserve our national treasures, and I think he did just that, at least for those willing to think about something bigger than self. Since I first viewed his work many decades before I have watched in horror at how humanity has progressed in being the caretaker of the planet. I hope for smarter choices from the generations to come.
Plus, breathtaking video, something you can rarely find on youtube.
Fantastic images. Truly wondrous and beautiful!
Can't wait to go back. Just breathtaking.
Absolutely Spectacular! Oh where would we be without HD? This montage can take your breath away!
Stunning... such an amazing place in which we call home! Its so unfortunate that so many cannot see it! Thank you... theORBproject
My old backyard...amazing work from a person that photographed the region when 2 1/4 and 35mm was still king...well done
Thank you for sharing this remarkable achievement.
Incredible. Awe-inspiring. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Incredible video. Watched it several times. Im in awe.
The music help you relax and the picture are so beautiful
To hold onto the belief that this can be product of chance is amazing. Imagine therefore what we can create with intent?
To hold onto the idea of the world being a product of chance is no sick or evil, it's quite simply inspiring.
Thank you for taking the time to make this videos it’s amazing I’m speechless. God bless
this video in 2160 hp is insanely beautiful... Nature is amazing
Beautiful, a fantasy encapsulated. It's place...to show us the incredulous beauty of the world we are so fortunate to live in, and the universe that surrounds.
Being there, in Y, is another thing, like sweet childhood. Just Yosemite Valley, yes, but, when a child, with family, to see, and wander within, the secluded confines of it's glory -- the falls, the cold coldness of the pool below, the half dome rock, the forest of redwoods, the carpeting needles underneath -- it is too beautifully real.
Absolutely astounding work!
How can people dislike something beautifull and awesome?
Yosemite is breathlessly beautiful, no words can describe. Your video is outstanding.
We have a home near Yosemite and know the park well. This footage is sublime and unique. I have never seen many of the angles and views you presented. It makes me dream of what more there is to explore in and around Yosemite.
Agreed, who (or what?) could dislike this video......It's so beautiful absolutely relaxing...Great Job Colin and Sheldon....really great. thanks
Absolutely stunning - both the capturing of Nature and the music - beautifully done and thank you for sharing with us!
Landscapes+soundscapes. Pretty epic work!
That moonlight shots... Amazing!
Such beauty...utterly captivating.
Spectacular, wonderful, amazing, pretty and beautiful video. A thing of beauty is a joy forever. Thank you for sharing.
I don't know why, but I was embraced by the sense of wonderful bliss...
Absolutely BRILLIANT!
Well done guys!
Fantastic!!
It is amazing what a random universe and the forces defined by physics can produce. We are truly fortunate to be able to observe it, and appreciate it like no other creatures on earth can. To have evolved to a point where we can not only observe the beauty of it, but we can manipulate it, and add our own creative touches to it is simply stunning.
Beautiful! Yosemite is nature at it's most spectacular.
Breathtaking. Awesome. My favorite video of all time..... I love it.
Wow...breathtakingly beautiful.
Gorgeous! Love the wintry scenes. Good job! Loved the music, too.
