I’ve had this very video saved on my phone for about 8 years. It allows me to dream of seeing such beauty with my own eyes, in person. Visiting Yosemite has been on my bucket list for 22+ years, but I’ve never crossed the ocean from the UK to the USA let alone visited the park. I could die happy if I saw that overwhelming beauty for myself. If I ever made it, I would probably sob uncontrollably for a while, and allow that beauty and majesty to flow through me, around me and over me. I would surrender to it, be hypnotised by it. But for now, I can only dream. Just this video brings me to tears sometimes, so I can’t imagine actually being there.

As of February 10, 2018 there are 731 people who did not like this video, not only did they not like it but they had the courage to give it thumbs down, I’m really puzzled by that. This is art and inspiration at it’s finest. What a great job.

The work and probable heartache that went into getting even one of these sequences is awe-inspiring. To anyone who has been to the Diving Board, it's a strenuous, off-trail bushwhack on a nice summer day, but I can't imagine what it took to make the trip winter conditions, to get the sequences in this video.

Visually stunning! But then Yosemite always is, and never disappoints.
The one and only time I was there was 46 years ago, but I'll NEVER forget the sight of the setting sun shining on Half Dome. It looked like it was made out of pure gold. There was just a hint of it in this video, but not the full effect.
God must've put a lot of Heaven in Yosemite. :^)

For this is what Jehovah says,
The Creator of the heavens, the true God,
The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it,
Who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited:
“I am Jehovah, and there is no one else."
    (Isaiah 45:18)
Our purpose in life is to praise our grand creator and to care for his creation. This is why we're so drawn to nature. God put this desire in our DNA from the beginning. Very soon humanity will go back to the way Jehovah had always meant humans to live: forever, happy, in a paradise home... caring for the animals, the plants, the earth and one another. :)
    This will happen... very soon.

Well done, and so much of it brought me back to the magnificent work of Ansel Adams many years ago. Adams was trying to gain the attention of the country to preserve our national treasures, and I think he did just that, at least for those willing to think about something bigger than self. Since I first viewed his work many decades before I have watched in horror at how humanity has progressed in being the caretaker of the planet. I hope for smarter choices from the generations to come.

Beautiful, a fantasy encapsulated. It's place...to show us the incredulous beauty of the world we are so fortunate to live in, and the universe that surrounds.
Being there, in Y, is another thing, like sweet childhood. Just Yosemite Valley, yes, but, when a child, with family, to see, and wander within, the secluded confines of it's glory -- the falls, the cold coldness of the pool below, the half dome rock, the forest of redwoods, the carpeting needles underneath -- it is too beautifully real.

We have a home near Yosemite and know the park well. This footage is sublime and unique. I have never seen many of the angles and views you presented. It makes me dream of what more there is to explore in and around Yosemite.

It is amazing what a random universe and the forces defined by physics can produce. We are truly fortunate to be able to observe it, and appreciate it like no other creatures on earth can. To have evolved to a point where we can not only observe the beauty of it, but we can manipulate it, and add our own creative touches to it is simply stunning.
