Thank you so much for this guiding video, you did an excellent job of showing how to get to Padang Besar town from the railway station. Thank you for your efforts in making this video.....syabas!
Kalu btul xde lif dan escalator, mkna Kerajaan, khasnya Perancang Bandar cuai dlm memikirkan kbjikan OKU dan rakyat yg prlu bjalan jauh ke naik sberang. Ibarat melepas batuk di tangga. Kerajaan, khasnya SPRM prlu mengkaji adakah mreka cut cost atau sembunyi peruntukan lain krna x mungkin Kerajaan x memikirkan kmudahan utk smua zaman moden ni. X kn arkitek mreka x berakal... jika knyataan anda smua benar lh kmudahan itu tiada..
@@RailTravel_Stationthank you for the info. If we take the mini van, I saw the service only sends the passengers to queue and wait at the customs to open at 6am… and can’t cross as well?
Tourists heading to/from Hat Yai with luggages are better off taking the tourist van from KTMB station. The new walkway is definitely longer in distance and no longer leads directly into the ICQS. It is unfriendly for people carrying luggages, let alone OKU, due to the need to climb stairs as there are no lifts or escalators. On a side issue, the KTMB Padang Besar station should also upgrade the only lift to/from platforms to cater to commuters with heavy luggages as the existing lift is too small and supposedly meant for OKU/pregnant/seniors. Installing eacalators may also help as an alternative to a bigger lift.
uohhhhh dulu saya last tengok masa dia baru bina jambatan ni hmmm yang sedihnyaa dia tak ada lif ,ni macam mana org berkerusi roda mahu turun naik hehe lemah

I often would go straight from Hat Yai to Penang without leaving the station. Maybe I will stop the town now that the bridge is open.

you can contact railway assets corporation or RAC for lift suggestions
Cadangan pihak ktmb n bkuasa buatlah tambahan laluan pejalan kaki bereskalator ramp n lif utk memudahkan golongan OKU
This bridge is operated by the Railway Assets Corporation (RAC) and a portion sits within the premises of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Ktmb hanya operator rel sahaja, selebihnya under RAC atau railway assets corporation
