Apparently they did change the surface to something non sticky
Hi, while some units of earlier versions of Push did have an issue with the device’s rubber coating, this was already resolved with more recent production runs. The new Push uses a different, higher-quality coating, which is far more stable and reliable.
Just got my Push 3, imo I like the pad lights better on the Push 2 😊Push 3 pad lights looks like balls and are more stressful to look at than the Push 2 which has more light covering pads… they should have kept the black color on the pad grid lines.. maybe there will be mods for this in the future 🤞🏻😇
How much was it with tax ?
I sleep and wake...and look. Awesomeness 👍🏾
Instead of giving a standalone processor, would have suggested the r&d team to put that money over audio mixing addition of control surfaces with mixer knobs, production mix,, so the entire production system at one place..hope to see it in next 10 years..
Hi, thanks for your feedback on Push! If you have any further suggestions for us, feel free to send your ideas to push-feedback@ableton.com. We'll happily collect all of them and look forward to hearing from you.
So hyped for this. Hats off.
Anyone know whether the Groove pool will be accessible in standalone?
I will say, paying extra for MIDI breakout cables after dropping 2k feels very Apple.
If you can afford $2k.. you can afford 10bucks for some MIDI. No whining.
@@YoDaddyObama I'll buy them, I'm just saying that the price tag feels different if it's all-inclusive, vs having minor upsells on day 1.
This should come out when I buy Machine+
I need this didn't buy push 2 waiting for this. It didn't disapoint
Are there push encoders on the top line ? is the display resolution better than push 2?
Hi Tj - Thanks for the comment. There is no trade-in program for trading in your Push 2. There are lots of different reasons it can't be offered this time. Hope you understand. Thanks - Ableton
Can it handle 1 hour live sets in 1 project or will it fail at this?
The battery of the standalone Push can handle a 2-2.5 hours of play time with a high quality, built-in lithium iron phosphate battery. The tethered version of Push 3 is connected to a power cable. More info here: bit.ly/3oMqRFi
Thank you for getting us *off our freakin' computer screens.
does Capture also records the MPE expressivity?
Hi Frank - Thanks for the comment. It does indeed! Thanks - Ableton
What a beautiful one ❤️❤️❤️
incredible idea...
Why doesn't anyone seem to comment on why the pad lights are so dim on Push 3?
Ableton rules!
Not sure if I missed, was this stand alone only? If so, when I load certain packs, my push 3 crashes, is that a fix with later updates or a causality of war. Meaning bad push 3
Hi! If you already have an Ableton Account, you can use this form to get in touch with Tech Support: bit.ly/3RdfeBk.
Cool. Thanks. I’ve been touch this week with y’all/ ableton. Im being patient waiting on most of the kinks to be worked out. Good piece of gear. Waiting on you guys to do more training videos instead of demonstration vids. You’re on the screen anyways. Might as well give us users step by step ways to produce on this thing. We don’t need anymore demonstration vids. RUclips creators got that already
if you buy the push do you get the midi adapter cables too?
Hi there. Thank you for the comment. No, it does not include those cables. Here is what's included in the box:
Push
USB-C cable
Universal power supply
Regional power cable
Onboarding guide
Poster
Safety and warranty information
Thanks - Ableton
