Takes a but getting used to though but overall I think it offers more options and has more data about the pops too which is cool for example, I found out my hot topic tanjiro is rare and one of the first printed.
It’s extra annoying as a Canadian collector that they made it next to impossible for us to access the app. Then I finally get back in after two weeks of emailing customer service to remove my phone number, and I can’t see my collections.
Ever since the new update, all my payment method when putting my ccv at checkout would say “payment information not valid”. When I try to edit my payment method by deleting and re-entering, it says again “payment information not valid” on every single card. Then when I delete my card, refresh page, card shows up again. Funko support didn’t even give any information on how to fix this.
I've been dealing with every single one of these issues and it's so frustrating. I need to use 3rd party websites to do my surfing now and it overall sucks. I just wish they would fix it
I literally went on the app yesterday to scan some pops in and it deleted all the pops in my collection and I have quite a lot so it’s gonna be hard putting them all back in
Thanks a lot. Turns out misery does love company. I feel a lot better knowing I’m not alone or doing something wrong. Finally got web Funko to accept my eighth password change today. I was glad to see I could get into my list, but then same problem as other people, no entries. But I am hopeful as it did show my total. Seeing things are getting better with time, just going to wait a few days before I fiddle around any more. Thanks again.
I don't have the app, only use the site, but I've noticed for a while that things I've added to my wishlist or favorites or whatever disappear immediately or when I have to log back in. Also my cart does as well.
I hate the funko app have over 1600 pops with a $52000 value and it says my collection list is empty I relied on the app to help keep track but all info gone very annoying
A pop in my collection with a vehicle is Black Light Ghost Rider. I too am having issues with the Funko app. I messaged Funko and their response was "This is a sandbox account. Use for testing purposes only"
The value of my collection dropped by over £2000 when I did the update so I removed everything off it & deleted it. I only own 67 Pops but many are expensive grails. Luckily since I only own 67 Pops I was able to put them in my notes as a list
When the collection portion was kinda working the first day you had to click on you list and edit it in order to add stuff you your collection… now nothing at all no list and spinning wheel
Funko finally accepted my existing phone number the day before the Gol D. Roger drop. I was able to purchase 2 on 2 different orders on drop time. I was shocked to see there were still some Goldy's a couple hours later. Soon afterwards they were gone. I had no problems. And I'm only using my Mac, no phone app. Thanks for this video man!
I can't log into the Funko app from Australia, because the 2 factor authentication is only available with a US cell phone number. I put in a number by accident and it validated, now some random person is getting alerts to log into a Funko account!
Hopefully this gets fixed before WonderCon, I understand not every app update will be perfect but for it to essentially be downgrades each time is annoying. Now I can’t add my glow Shinra since my collection and wishlists are all gone when I had it organized by when I got them. It doesn’t give me an option too create a new list either. I really appreciate you calling out this issue cuz Funko needs to know And for qotd my only pop ride is Luffy on Thousand Sunny, I hope to add The Going Merry and Polar Tang soon 🥺

Speaking on the funko website issue of the 1 minute to 20 or more minute queue. This has been a HUGE issue on Funko Europe ever since FEU has been around, it's super frustrating and a shame the US now has it too. Funko Europe also has a new captcha system now that freezes on big drops and doesnt even stop bots - you'll complete the captcha and it wont take you anywhere so you'll have to go back a try a few more times by which time youre in a long queue. Funko sites genuinely suck. Kid and Law are gonna be very difficult for both US and EU fans. Funko doesnt care about who gets their products (whether its a fan or a scalper) as they still make money and sell out their stuff either way. It sucks.
Having issues here in Canada. The value is incorrect when using other currencies other than USD. It is much lower then the actual current currency values. I had issues with my original account. Started a new one but managed to get into my old one. Can’t view my list and neither accounts match even though I added my whole collection (over 1500). It has taken me 2 full days to do this. Some funkos which had value now longer have value. Some were in there but lots are not in their system. There are also issues with convention funkos and chases. Some scans automatically take you to the chase or the more expensive convention sticker. Some convention stickers only have the option to the more expensive sticker.
I had the weirdest experience with the Roger drop. Amazingly, I was able to get to checkout immediately, use PayPal, and have a confirmation email within minutes. However, I accidently only added 1 to my cart and didn't realize til placing my order. So I went ahead and tried again for the second. Again, minutes after the drop, it completely skipped the queue and checked me out within seconds. I'm not complaining, but it's very strange.
Trust me because I had other people who use the Funko app who accidentally did the update couldn’t even get to the account hi message Funko so many times and they said they’re on it and nothing happens. I hope they fix the issue soon because I regretted from updating the app in the first place.
It really sucks because it used to work like a dream. I’ve been using it ever since I got my new phone and it was the most convenient collection tracking thing ever, now it takes like fifty hours for the thing to load.
It sucks because a lot of people are having their lists completely disappear even though it still gives your list the value. Apparently according to Reddit though, they are aware of these problems, hopefully that’s true.
Thanks for the video! The problem I was having was not getting into my old account. I tried to get in touch with customer service and they wouldn't get back to me. So I made a new account. The Funko app just would not work with the new account either. Nothing was loading and it just had a little circle spinning where the lists were suppose to be.
Scout Trooper on Speeder Bike....and finally got into my App only to have my lists gone...it still says how many I have and the lists value but its empty.
So I did log into my account after all the fiasco and it’s still messed up when I go to lists and my collection and I tap it it takes me to my list but there’s no pops and it says Look a shiny new collection but the amount of pops and the value of my pops are there but that’s it I tryed deleting the app and resigning in still did not work very frustrating

I have over two thousand items from funko and yes im missing hundreds of items, I’ve just purchased 80 funko soda and can’t add anything and I get sent to my account. Also if i scan a product it only brings up the Chase…. Funko app is trash at this stage , I’m not holding my breath, as far as funko goes with their app it has always been a none priority!

Had no problem getting gold d Rodger without Apple Pay, did jump a bit on time to wait but still got my 2. The app is driving me crazy can’t scan and add new pops can’t scan pops that idk if I have because memory is shit so Iv passed on a bit of pops because idk if I have them.
And also the only way I can see my collection is to share it with my phone number and use the link from there because I have no problem adding pops to my collection because I didn’t get they said in screen when I add pops to my collection it just won’t show my collection at all. That’s why I had to share it to my cell phone click on the link and having Michelle section to just look at my pops.
I originally lost 17 pops with the first update out of 500+. I figured out which ones they were except for 5...and then the second update completely wiped it clean. I no longer have an approximate value or any pops in my collection...and it honestly just makes me want to stop collecting 😅

Funko has a significant collector base outside the United States. They should have given a though regarding an alternative verification method for verification of account for collectors based outside the United States.
It still has my collection count and $ but none are pictured and if I wanted to I could rescan and add all of em cuz the crown under them isn’t blue? Hope they fix soon🙏🏻

Had no problem to reset my account. I keep my collection on Hobby DB because Funko doesn't show all the pops. Example the DC imperial palace metallic version so don't use Funko app. Why, don't you use apple 🍎 products??

Whenever I go into my collection it says there is nothing in it but at the top it says the price and the amount in it

It's always had its issues. Now and it's starting to log you out if you don't open it every once in awhile. I don't even login it anymore

I am having troubles with my collection and wishlist not showing up too. Its just super annoying that I can't see my pop's values.😡
Since the last update it doesn't show my full collection or have half the pops. It's so unusable!! I deleted it!
