    Similar to Ola Englund, you can make any gear sound great! Your dial-ins make me want to impulse shop. Good job brother!

    This is probably the most appealing tone of any IR-D demo I’ve heard. Most of them sound muddy and flubby.

      Ok maybe you can help me. I just got one(I don’t even know why ) but I don’t know anything about all this DAW and direct etc. I just want to do the preamp effects loop thing. I’m told I should disable the Impulse Response in order for it to work correctly
      Do you know ow if that’s true and if so how do I disable it? I can’t find it in the manual
      Thanks

    Wow! The opening tones are really good! This is among the top demos of the Friedman IR-D.
    Do these really feel like playing through an actual tube amp?

      @@TONEWARSgearshow I do wish Ernie Ball would do something for you. You've spent so much time showcasing the majesty and it always sounds good and seems to preform flawlessly.

      Thank you very much. I freaking love these guitars so much. I really wish they would do something for me as well. Hopefully someday they will. Maybe I should reach out to them?

    • @AdamGotheridge
      @AdamGotheridge 7 месяцев назад

      @@TONEWARSgearshow I would reach out, can't hurt. Maybe state some stats, like I've used these guitars in x number of videos generating x views and x watch hours. Then try to frame a proposition, like I'd like evaluate/demo your new Majesty (or whatever) for review? Then maybe something along the lines of you can't spend x amount of time producing a video without some kind of compensation for my time. What do you guys think, and what might make sense to your company?
      I didn't word that very well, but maybe you could start the ball rolling. Maybe a demo of something different, like Rebea's model. Maybe both. Personally, I'd like to see them send you a new Majesty and you get to keep it if you like it, or just get some cash for doing the video. Probably more to their favor if you got the guitar and ended up using it in more videos. If you like the new one more, maybe sell the old one. I guess the point is just try to start that conversation, and maybe that can work to be some relationship with the company that makes some killer products. Who knows where it could go. I wish you the best of luck with that, and hope it doesn't go sour right off the bat like they don't respond. And if they don't, respectfully try again. I think you are in a unique position to add some more value to their company.

    I do have a question for Jarrod so the effects loop the purpose is to add in effects after the preamp but before them power amp right?, so why does it need an effects loop then just add it after the preamp?, am i wrong? if you wouldnt mind could you elaborate on this topic, thanks a lot Michael

      Yes you can use it with a real amp and cab. Just bypass the cab Sim in the unit. You can run it through the effects Loop of your real amp as an extra Channel

      Thanks for commenting and for the kind words. I literally spent a few minutes dialing it in, and I slammed it with a boost pedal. A lot of guys over-complicate things unnecessarily. I like to just keep it simple. I'm glad you enjoyed the video, thank you.
