Peanuts Curd doesn’t taste like normal curd, it is not sour, so when you use it put some खट्टा like lemon juice or Jaljeera masala. 👍

@@Upload_Anything it tasted good but it had the nutty flavour which i didn’t like but otherwise it definitely had the curdish flavour. i tried it with almond milk and it was exactly like dahi. overall this recipe was 8/10 for me.

Peanut milk should be lukewarm and keep it outside fridge for at least 8-10 hours. There is no need to put any curd in it.
Curd banane ke liye milk ko freeze me rkhna hai ya bahar hi rkhna
Keep it outside, once curd is ready then keep it in fridge 👍

2nd boil it with 1 glass of water
3rd after boiling it add some red chily powder salt lemon

100 gm curd from cow's milk gives 3.1 gm of protein & 100 gm curd from peanuts gives 3.1 gm of protein as well.

Peanut curd doesn’t have the sourness which our normal curd has, we are accustomed to the खठास , so while making any dish we can add lemon juice,vinegar or chat masala according to the recipe.👍
