  • Lechon Heaven in the Philippines is in a little town close to Cebu city called Talisay, people go to Talisay every weekend to eat lechon at Talisay Food Park, to hang out at the beach and to enjoy some family time. This is one of the things to do when in Cebu city: eat lechon. So many filipinos told me to come here and try lechon and finally here I am, would you eat lechon in the Philippines?

    You should have bought that side order salad in that plastic container, it's called Achara, a green pickled papaya, a perfect pair for a lechon and rice.

    The hanging rice is called "puso" - a heart shaped weaved from coconut leave. There is a yt tutorial on how puso is weaved if you're interested to know. Puso is only found in Cebu. Locals pair it with lechon (inasal) or sinugba (grilled fish) when going to the beach but now it becomes popular for any food occasion. "Lami" is the Cebuano term for delicious.

      mang thomas sauce is not ( Big ) in SUGBO. We simply don't need it in our SUGBOANO ( INASAL🐖 ). Only in Imperialist Manila/Luzon Island where mang thomas is ( popular/big ) because their ( lechon🐖 ) is quiet ( Bland ) compare to the ( Inasal🐖 ) in SUGBO. Facts💯% We originated ( Inasal🐖 ) and ( Puso/Hanging Rice ) 6,000 years ago. You will not find "Puso" in Imperialist Manila/Luzon Island, they don't make 'em'.

    Why the hanging rice is expensive?as the seller they said 190 pesos is the lechon only then you said gladys 300 pesos all including the hanging rice.. so the hanging rice is 110 pesos?it seems they scam you!

      i suspect her change was 300, she gave 500, the food was 190 lechon + 10 hanging rice. she probably mistaken to mention the change she just received instead of the cost.

    What the fuuu
    750 for 1kg
    100g should be 75pesos not 190 pesos.
    Outrageous that you paid 180pezoz for 100g
    I would just walk away. Rip off. That's not honest price. If they gave honest price I'd ripped them but straight away 190 . No way.
    He said last price 180 in the beginning then charged 190.

    • @SendHelpPlsss
      @SendHelpPlsss 8 месяцев назад +1

      Dude, we don't usually sell here 100g of lechon. We sell per kilo, half kilo, 3/4 and 1/4. So I believe what she had ordered was 250g.

    • @ScorpionX669
      @ScorpionX669 8 месяцев назад

      @@SendHelpPlsss are you dumb? They asked for 100g and rice
      "They don't sell 100g blablabla. " dude you have to cater to Nyones need. They can't be rude to tourists knowing that they survive mostly on tourism. And that is not the only country that does. Even Thailand. Yet they're treating foreigners as dirt.
