Given our obsession with almost 40 year old RZ's, the tanks available out there have been through a lot. I suspect your view hits will perk up a bit. 😅
Going through a full strip, repair, and paint project will be of great interest to the larger mc community beyond us crazy RZ guys. 😂

California model tank.. you can tell by the breather on the bottom of the tank. There's a hose that runs from it to the bottom of the bike.

I would be more concerned with rust on the inside of the tack. The small pits on the outside can be treated easily although it's not going to be easy to make it look like new.
