Austin is absolutely the only person I've EVER heard that even close to being able to sound like Chester successfully, and I have heard several try and fail miserably (even up on stage with Mike after Chester unfortunately passed).

Dude I grew up in the metal scene with austin and watched him in this band call it even. I just found out today he made it with om&m and now I'm watching him with LP kinda blew my mind

@@1kiloh yeah dude, no idea. He was already no longer there lead vocals when I found out. I had my daughter and moved away from the scene. Dude he was brutal in the pit too. I used to see him at the mall all the time. He worked there.

The most beautiful moment about this was seeing Austin and Chester smile each other before their badass break down with each other. Austin had always looked up to him growing up, so it's touching how you can see how happy he was with Chester, his idol. I loved the spin he did afterwards, they honestly complimented each other so much. It was sad to look on Instagram and see Austin post a picture of them after Chester had passed, that was how I found out. RIP Chester; you're loved and missed.

Austin's energy here is honestly amazing, I could see myself being just as energetic if I were in his shoes, performing with his dear friends and people he looked up to. Seeing him smile here brightens up my day.

No offense but, you most have not seen many people play live
I saw Of Mice and Men with Marilyn Manson and Slipknot a year and a half ago in Iowa and while Austin killed it, Corey Taylor just blows him out of the water. Not saying Austin isn't crazy talented, but he isn't a versatile vocalist. He does one scream throughout his career and one whole growl in all of his Of Mice discography. Even here, seeing Chester with Austin, Chester just blows him away in terms of control and versatility. All this being said, I love Of Mice, I'm a fan of Austin, I'm honored to have been able to see him live, and am excited to see what new music he will have for us in the future.

This is one of the best live performances you would ever see. I’m a huge carlile fan now but linkin Park was the very first band that I actually really loved. Chester and Austin both look so happy in the video and it’s just sad to think about what all has happened to them both.

I had a smile on my face the whole video! two absolute legends sharing the battlefield in absolutely perfect harmony. Chester you will never be forgotten for your passion and iconic sound brought to our ears and Austin you may not be touring the world or front for OM&M as of the present day, but you'll forever go down as one of the most epic screamers of metal in my opinion and the first band that I fell in love with, within that genre.

I worked their show when LP and OM&M were touring together and played Nashville. Had the amazing pleasure of meeting both Chester and Austin, 2 of the most amazing, humble and nice human beings ever.
Wow... I was at this concert. One of the best ones I've been to. It was so hot that night in LA I remembered getting out of the concert dripping in sweat from all the jumping singing and screaming. The whole set list was awesome. The energy from LP was beyond. But what I remember the most is Chester and that amazing powerful voice.
No others scream better than u, Chester.. we love u, legend!!

Tho tbh he could go into the 5th octave with absolute ease, there is some rumours he hit the 7th octave but theres no recording of that. Id still believe it tho considering how insanely easily he could belt into the 5th
This performance deserved a better crowd. I would've went ape shit, Linkin Park got me through some rough teenage times and Austin got me through some depressing times with OM&M.

This was one of Austin’s favorite bands growing up and he ended up becoming good friends with the band, especially Chester. He’s doing such a good job! I know this is about 10 years old (holy shit I was 16, hard to believe the time that’s gone by!), but this seriously still seems like it was yesterday when all these bands were still very popular (Linkin Park, Of Mice & Men, Suicide Silence, etc). “Bands” as most of the fans like to refer to them to categorize their favorite bands and band members lmao I miss this period, my high school years

I don't know if you guys know this or not, but at this point and beyond in Austin's career he was going through a lot physically and spiritually. Everyday he struggled with pain and the screaming just made it worse, but kept wanting to do what he loved. I can tell from his face that he his going through pain but taking with a smile. I recommend that all of you watch Austin's testimony, very powerful.
Im here 5years after all that... the happiness all over their faces, Austin looks like a happy kid and Im so fucking glad about it! Miss u Chester, RIP
