Did you notice some of them didn’t even have mags inserted either 😂! Usually the JTACS are treated with mad respect cuz they’re the ones coordinating CAS when things go south. This is another Hollywood garbage movie trying to act cool.

He’s a vanilla JTAC, not a 24th STS guy, working with tier 1 units (Delta) on an op he’s not supposed to be on. Idk how this happened, but they’re treating him like he’s a kid because they’re veterans with 15 20 years + experience, he’s on his second op. It’s half banter and half they probably don’t want this kid to get killed.

Based on my experiences in the higher end airsoft teams, this all looks correct. We had a 50% attrition rate in Heck Week, and it just got tougher from there.

Why would they HALO jump out of a chopper? I thought blackhawks couldn’t fly at that height? Or am I missing something?
For the plan, but you can consider a HALO start around 5k-6k meters (18k-19k ft) and black-hawks service ceiling are in these figures.
They probably used choppers for HALO because of budget cuts.

I loved that this movie didnt take itself too seriously and the action scenes were awesome!!! Im seeing a lot of people complain about realism... its a movie, if anything this felt like a ghost recon wildlands mission!!!

Talking like that, even in low whispers is enough to get you noticed and killed. The human voice can travel for miles, especially at night. Also, walking way too close to each other. The jump interval was too long between each jumper. The last guy would've been miles down range. The oxygen was so fake for this aircraft.
Only good thing about this was the gear. And ofc they make the Delta Force operators look like scumbags, talking down on the guy that will save their lives when SHTF.
Workplace verbal abuse. It's one the main reasons why people are leaving companies in droves with management and HR totally clueless about the truth of what's really going on. Something as simple as the tone a coworker might speak to me tells me exactly what's going on in that person's heart and mind. I leave quick once I detect the hate, turf guarding, or prejudice. Seems like another one of those good at MAKING the movie (editing, cinematography, terminology, music etc.) but, the actual plot/story/factual accuracy is ridiculous. The kind of movie that makes the “real” guys roll their eyes and sigh.

Only thing is, you don't and can't get tattoos in that unit or ones like that. When starting and trying out, they will ask/demand you get any identifiable marks removed. If you even hesitate or question it, they will think you aren't serious about getting on that team.

I really want to see this, but the realism seems questionable. I'm not a military expert, but wouldn't they have at least briefed and "sterilized" their uniforms before getting on the bird? Movie seems like it might be more interested in action/banter (and hopefully some good characterization, but...).

Dude is wearing all of his initial issue gear he gets on day one showing up at the sq. Wears plate and helmet, bristling with antennas like hes kicking doors in OEF. This is shaping up to be the next biggest turd only after 12 Strong.
He's a JTAC, kinda need a bunch of radios to call in aircraft. And plate carriers and helmet's isn't some special thing every solider wears it.

before watching this trailer, I must say I avoided it this long because this has to be among the stupidest titles for a movie I've ever heard. In the event that the trailer shows something that makes this title make some sense.......its still the stupidest title ever.
