pelvic floor anatomy and uterine prolapse

Good day sir.
Question : why cant there be an outpouching of the uterus into the urinary bladder or rectal space during a septal tear ?

uterus is a big organ and so when it prolapse it chooses the big space i.e thru vagina and subsequently pulling other structures alongwith it.
if there will be any vaginal blockage then only it will outpouch thru the septums
