You talk about plugging the usb receiver in, but where? Is it on the usb at the back of my desktop or inside the mouse? There is no pamphlet which explains this.
Have you now found your receiver? Is there a hole in the box opening flap where it should have been or have Logitech changed the packaging and moved it to inside the box?

Since using the keyboard and mouse they have been excellent and responsive, I have not noticed any delay or lag with them. Also the original batteries are still going strong. I do not have a PS5, so not 100% sure but if the wireless USB connector and keyboard are connected then the mouse should work also. You may need to try and look in Settings - Accessories on the PS5 to select/enable Mouse.
I do not think this set can work with an ipad due to USB connections and relevant drivers. It only works with Windows and Chrome based systems. Thanks for watching!
I have had it for nearly 3 years and it is still working great and is in daily use without any issues. Also I have found the batteries last a long time, so you do not need to replace them very often. For the price it has been a great buy. Thanks for watching!

I didn't see it in this video, and it wasn't included in the box I purchased but is on the box cover. What's going on with that? Did you notice that it didn't come with the most important piece of the product?
Hi, It does come with the USB connector. It is located on the flap/hinge of the box, please see at 7.00 minutes into the video. I dont know why Logitech decided to put it there as lots of people have missed it. (I purchased mine 3 years ago so dont know if the latest ones have changed/been updated)
You should just be able to put the USB receiver into the USB port of your PC/Laptop and the keyboard/mouse will automatically connect (ensure tabs are removed from batteries in the keyboard and mouse)
won the keyboard in a raffle at my job. it was unboxed already when given to me, they must've left out and threw away the USB receiver. sucks because a replacement USB is $10-15 depending on the type and site you get it while rebuying the whole keyboard set again is $19 on Amazon. Technically won mine free but no USB so oh well, probably trash it at this point if the USB also is assumed to be trashed by my job
Very quick question Does the mouse feel cheap? I’m thinking of buying one but I wanna know how the mouse feels A lot of older basic infrared mice feel very cheap and lightweight. In a way hollow if you get what I mean Does this mouse feel like that. Or does it have some weight, feel balanced, and feel comfortable?
It is not the highest quality mouse and it's described as a 'compact' mouse so not the largest available but an ok size. The top of it is a hard plastic but it is comfortable and accurate to use and not too light or flimsy. I have had the set over 2 years now and it is still working very well. Thanks for watching!

The USB receiver is to be plugged into the USB port of the desktop/laptop.

I have a ps5 but i cant connect the mouse aswell i can only connect the keyboard how can I fix that?
I do not have a PS5, so not 100% sure but if the wireless USB connector and keyboard are connected then the mouse should work also. You may need to try and look in Settings - Accessories on the PS5 to select/enable Mouse.
