What gives you confidence (or maybe you're not confident?) that Microsoft & Google won't block email accounts being connected to Automated sending platforms in the same way that Zoho did? Keen to hear your POV.
Great question! Huge companies are in the Office 365 infrastructure and they all do a ton of cold email. They're both big enough and advanced enough to know what we're doing, yet they dont stop it. However, doesnt mean one day they wont pull the plug and send us marketers in a new direction.
Very helpful video! Do you have to do the same setup with dns records for all the the e-mail accounts that you create on a domain? Or will it do that automatically when you do it for a admin e-mail account?

Do we need to host all the domains or just the main one (the one we use for web pages)? I want to start with 10 domains and 20 emails (to send around 1k emails per day), but I don't know if I should host all the domains or if it is enough to buy hosting only the main one?
You only need to host the main domain (the one you use for web pages) if you are using GoDaddy and Microsoft Office 365 together for your cold email sending. This is because GoDaddy has a deal with Microsoft Office 365 where if you purchase a domain from GoDaddy, you can get the first year of Microsoft Office 365 for $2 per month. This includes email hosting for up to four users.

Do you think having a Google profile picture makes much difference with the efficacy of cold email outreach and the likelihood of getting positive responses? (given 50%+ of recipieints are using gmail so could see the profile pic/avatar if you had one)

You can add however many users per domain as you'd like.

You probably connected them right after making them instead of waiting an hour. Try removing them completely from your account and then readding them.

Amazing video Jay. Every video I see you use 1 email per 1 domain, but you said it's ok to do 2 emails per domain. Why don't you make 2 emails per domain? Or am I mistaken?
I always recommend using two emails per domain. Some other experts say it’s OK to do three as long as you cap at 100 emails per day per domain.

How would you avoid domain reputation getting lowered
Hey Jay, When I go to buy a domain it gives me an option to obtain professional email and allows me to add a user instead of a Microsoft 365 professional email? Professional email with the user is super cheap instead Microsoft 365 professional email. Can do do the same with just professional emails?
I'm not sure if I understand but as long as it is a professional email you should be good!

You can definitely just use instantly unibox instead of logging into a personal inbox

So you don't need to use an smtp relay software if you are doing this because Outlooks' servers are so good?

Is it okay to point your cold email marketing domain to your business' primary domain? Is there risk of damaging the primary domains deliverability or reputation by doing this? I'm curious because we aren't supposed to put any links in our cold emails, but if someone sees the domain name in the email username and they search the url, I would want that url to redirect to the primary business.

Can we not just provide microsoft office or google dns setting to ordinary imap settings, i can created 2-3 emails per domain for free on siteground and add the dmarc, am i okay to set this to p=reject?

If I am understanding what you are trying to do... you don't need to transfer domains, right? You can just set the DNS pointing over to MSOutlook 365 within GoDaddy. Right? Unless I am missing something.

Instantly doesnt provide its own domain for custom tracking. You need to set up your own domain within instantly in order to do the custom tracking.

What if my domain is GoDaddy but my hosting is blue host?
You can still use GoDaddy to purchase a domain and then connect it to your Bluehost account for hosting. This is a common setup for many websites.

Hey jay, in mail-tester my score came back 9/10 but it says that my message isn’t signed with DKIM but I did do it ( watch the same video 1 month ago and did step by step what you said…) and now the tester says that it’s not assigned… when I go to go daddy dns records it’s there …how do I solve this issue? And it also said that my reverse DNS does not match with sending domain… how do I solve this other issue thanks. Can you also make a vid about Microsoft spam , because I’m having no issues with gmail ( all my emails are going into the inbox) but not Microsoft … I was sending test emails to my personal accounts and they all went to junk and there was one account that didn’t even receive the email (in junk and inbox) but threw my domain email I saw that it was sent … how do I also fix this?
